Welcome to the Sawgrass & Eastport Area in The Villages

Experience The Villages like a local in this 3-bedroom house. This designer home is in the Village of Cason Hammock. Cason Hammock is centrally located and within walking distance to Sawgrass Grove and Ezell Recreation Center. The home fits up to 6 guests. The living area features a sectional sofa, fireplace, and a 65 TV. Master suite has a king-size bed, 65 TV, in-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. Guest bedrooms have queen beds. A glassed-in lanai and birdcage with fun LED lighting anda practice putting green. Free Golf Cart included (4 seats). Whether you’re unwinding after a day of exploring or gathering for a meal, this home offers a tremendous setting for an enjoyable stay. Check-in: 4:00 pm
Check-out: 10:00 am

Door Code/Check-in information: We will send the door code to you on the morning of your arrival date. This is to prevent unauthorized early check-ins, provide our guests checking out the same day privacy & security, and ensure our cleaners aren't interrupted.

Golf Cart: We offer a golf cart to use during your stay. If you use the golf cart, you agree to take full responsibility and liability for the golf cart during your stay. You must have a valid driver's license and be at least 21 years old to use the golf cart. Please refill the tank before departure, or you will incur a $30 refill fee. If the golf cart isn't available due to maintenance, damage, etc., we will not offer reimbursement, refunds, or pay for a replacement. Again, you are fully responsible for any damage to the golf cart or injuries to yourself or others. By using the golf cart, you agree to the above statement and agree to follow The Villages golf cart rules.

Resident IDs: You will need resident ids if you want to use the amenities in The Villages, such as the neighborhood pools, family pools, sport pools, pickle ball, classes, free golf at the executive courses, ability to make tee times, and more! Resident IDs cost $50 for two (Only two are allowed per The Villages rules.) However, once you have your resident IDs, you can request guest passes for other guests in your group. Upon picking up your IDs, you will pay the $50 fee (cash or check) to The Villages. After you receive your Resident ID(s) you can go to the Recreation Center to fill out the guest pass form for the other member(s) of your group. Pick-up of the Resident IDs will be at the Eastport Welcome Center. We will need the following information no later than 10 days before arrival for Resident IDs: Full names, phone numbers, email addresses, and home addresses.

Smoking: No smoking on the premises.

Pets: No pets allowed

Supplies: The home will have a starter amount of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, trash bags, etc.

Repairs/Maintenance/Damage: If anything needs to be repaired, maintained, or damaged during your stay, please inform us at your first opportunity.

Please note there are exterior security cameras on the front and rear of the home as well as a Ring Doorbell to monitor access to our property during non-rental periods as well as to ensure no unauthorized people, animals, vehicles, etc. are on the property at any time.
