Welcome To The Matador! Spacious & Clean 4BR Getaway <1mi To TTU & Jones Stadium

The home was comfortable. The location was close to many places we wanted to see: The Buddy Holley Center, American Windmill Museum. We had a nice walk to a nearby park.

Perfect size and proximity to everything we needed to do for the weekend. We had three couples and two singles and two small children. This was so good.

Property was as described - certainly fit the bill for our need this past weekend. Would stay again - proximity to Tech was perfect.

Great house, super clean and comfy. My only complaint is that the beds are hard as a rock.

The property was in a nice neighborhood and a it was very quiet. The decor was inside was very well done. The main problems I had was outside patio furniture was dirty and the grill also. The washer should be replaced because it's rusted.

We loved staying in this house! Plenty of space, very clean and an overall great place to stay! We will definitely book again the next time we come to Lubbock.

I’m being honest as I can, the property lacked the coziness feel one tends to look forward to after a long day. The appeal of the home was that of one that needs a woman’s touch. All the amenities were there but it’s the little things I saw in determining my final review. Would I stay there again? Probably but at a much different price point.

I was disappointed in the cleanliness. Mot able to use the back patio.

Great space and private back yard

The house was clean and cozy. There were 6 people in the house and it was comfortable, it was roomy. The backyard with the dog run was a great touch and with nice weather was a good hangout. We all had a comfortable night stay, wish the trip would have been longer, but there is a next time.
