The fully equipped kitchen makes preparing family meals or a quick breakfast before heading tothe beach easy and convenient. Beach equipment is also provided, so you can pack lighter and spend more time enjoying the Florida sunshine. This home is ideal for families, couples, and groups traveling together.

Whether you’re planning a beach vacation, family trip, race weekend, Daytona Bike Week, Biketoberfest, or a relaxing Florida getaway, this home puts you close to it all while giving you a private place to unwind. I have supplied you with a folder with check out requirements, recommendations and a few fun places to check out.

Approximately a little over an hour drive to Orlando for all major attractions such as Disney, Seaworld and Universal Studios. Also a little over an hour to the popular Downtown St Augustine which is a must do for the day if you have the time.

Pets: There will be a $50 nonrefundable deposit per pet. Maximum of two pets (dogs only) allowed at any time. Please be considerate and clean up after your pet and I have provided baggies. We ask that no pets are on furniture as it becomes a little more challenging to clean up for the next guest. We also ask that animals not be left alone in the home without proper securement in animal crates provided by guest, gates blocking a specific area with pee pads are not acceptable securement measures.

Kitchen: fully stocked kitchen with major appliances, spice rack, baking pans and sheets, coffee maker, measuring spoons, pots and pans, silverware, place settings, kids dinnerware, etc.
