Stayed May 22, 2026This was the first unit of a triplex and we had a great stay. The area was very quiet, the unit was very clean, and the private backyard made it feel secluded, other than knowing there are other units there, you really don’t see the neighbors. There was plenty of parking, even for larger vehicles.We stayed here for a sports tournament at the Ocean Center and it was only about a 10–15 minute drive even with traffic. The host was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again if we’re ever back in the area.

Stayed Mar 9, 2026The unit was a great space and very comfortable. It was a surprisingly quiet area, even with some road noise. The surfaces of the unit were extremely clean but the floor was not cleaned in some time and we had to clean it several times ourselves (by our own choice), since we have a toddler. The host was made aware and I am certain he has taken all the steps necessary to make sure they are thoroughly cleaned and maintained in the future. Every major amenity was there as advertised but the washer and dryer do need maintenance, which again, I am sure will happen. The host was very kind and checked in with us a few times. We do hope to be back.
