The community offers a lovely town center filled with shops and restaurants, four community pools, tennis courts, fitness center and 9 deeded beach walkovers for access to the private beautiful beach.
The Simmons Beach Home is located on the north side of Rosemary Beach within a 5 minute walk to the town center and beach access. The four story townhome can accommodate 8 - 12 adults

Stayed Jun 8, 2024The house was very well furnished and had lovely decor. Loved the multiple balconies. Elevator was really handy, especially for the big grocery runs. House did not come with bikes, which I didn’t realize. Especially enjoyed the porch swing on the third floor. Great communication with the property manager, Jeanne.

Stayed May 24, 2022The property was fantastic, the community was great. Plenty of beach and pool fun, great restaurants and nice people all around. The only negative is the early 9am checkout required on the last day. But the home was awesome and comfortable. Highly recommended.
