Stayed May 16, 2024Stayed here with some friends for a wedding at Royal Poinciana. The house was just as advertised. Perfect for two or three couples to stay comfortably and quick access to downtown Naples and the beach.

Stayed Feb 3, 2024We stayed in the home for 3 months during the winter. It is a beautiful home, very clean and the host is awesome. She was the most responsive and thoughtful host I have ever rented from. The property is close to downtown, Mercato and Vanderbilt beach. I strongly recommend this property.

Stayed Sep 30, 2023This property was beautiful inside and out. It appears to have been fully redone recently as everything was fresh and new. I think this is also the first place we stayed at that was this clean! It was extremely clean and tidy. The outdoor area was large and had everything you needed as well. Keep in mind that this is not screened in, so you will want some sort of mosquito repellent. Even the garage was completely redone, with a nice epoxy floor, space to pull in a car, bikes, beach gear, etc. My only complaint, and this is not the fault of the property itself, was that the neighbors on the master bedroom side of the house were frequently noisy at night with friends and music. Overall, I would highly recommend a stay here!

Stayed Feb 4, 2023Nice house with wonderful outdoor living space and fenced in backyard. Kitchen was well equipped. There are towels and chairs for the beach. The owner was very helpful and attentive to our needs.
