It truly is a beautiful, gulf-front, five bedroom, five and 1/2 bath professionally decorated home overlooking the ocean. Our family of 12 loved it and had a wonderful experience during our week long stay at Cinnamon Shore South. The game room and multiple living areas afforded our family privacy and plenty of space to relax, unwind and enjoy their activities. The kitchen was well equipped and we were able to cook several meals there along with a private Shrimp Boil provided by the staff at Cinnamon Shore which was great fun. An extra bonus was having a telescope in the living room to look out at night at the Big Beautiful Harvest Moon in the sky the week of our stay. We enjoyed having dinner at Venetian Hot Plate in town, as well as, the restaurants, Stouts at the Shore & Lisabella's in Cinnamon Shore North. All three were delicious! Our family loved all the many amenities at North & South CS. The new shopping boutique was a hit with everyone and Dylans Pizza and the Shore Cafe never disappoint! The new play ground and three swimming pools at South were great and used often. We celebrated three birthdays while there with Sugar Botany providing two unbelievable cakes and a variety of cookies and cupcakes. A day of deep sea fishing was a highlight for those that participated! All in all, we had a great vacation which was all made possible by the gracious owners of Livin' the Dream sharing their dream home with us and greeting us with a personalized welcome note attached to a bottle of wine for our consumption. The staff at CS were delightful..friendly, welcoming and handled two minor issues in a timely manner. Having the beach carts delivered to our front door and the daily set-up of beach chairs and unbrellas on the beach was wonderful!Thank you to the Livin the Dream Owners and the Cinnamon Shore Staff for making our vacation such a great memory!

The kitchen does need some extras for a big crowd. (Large serving bowls, cutting boards, casserole dishes)

One of our favorite memories was enjoying a bonfire on the beach as a family and roasting s'mores. Having an elevator in the unit was a huge plus! Everything was very organized from the beach chair/umbrella set up to the golf cart rental. The management was great when we contacted them that we didn’t have any salt for the shuffleboard and they had it to us within the hour delivered to our unit. The only suggestion I would like to add, is if the unit could add luggage racks to set suitcases on in the bedrooms. We truly enjoyed staying here!

Reviewer Comments: livin the dream visitwas great as far as home concerned. well equipped and supplied. lots of amenties, only nrgative was we had two vehicles that had flat tires due to nails in designated parking areas. found several nails on inspection after damage repairs which included purchase of a new tire. will probably not consider CS Southagain for a couple of years

Reviewer Comments: Would not recommend this house to anyone if they are renting during the summer months the A/C is controlled by the owners and the second floor and first floor were very hot for my family. bedrooms were like a sauna---If an owner has put limitations on anything in a house be it A/C, fireplace, elevator etc it needs to be posted on the web page describing the property---if I had know this I would have never rented this houseFurniture was not as nice as other houses at Cinnamon Shore that I have stayed inVery small living room and kitchen for 11 peopleonly 6 people had a place to sit in the living areano hose to rinse off our beach equipment to get the sand offfire alarm went off and it took maintenance 15 or so minutes while we had to stand outside in the rain or sit in our cars to get away from the very loud alarmI will say Amanda in the office did a wonderful job of trying to help in anyway she could!

The layout is exquisite and perfectly met our needs. The view was incredible- we didn’t want to leave. Definitely will be back again.

The grandkids loved the arcade and shuffleboard and we really enjoyed spending time sitting next to the fire pit with a glass of wine on the patio overlooking the ocean! The home is brand new and the décor is gorgeous with more than enough room for all of us! The two laundry rooms and beach toys and towels were convenient and much appreciated. We liked how the children had their own floor to enjoy and the adults had multiple places to hang out and relax. The pool and playground were a quick walk and the beach was just across the bridge out the front door. We will absolutely stay in this home again!
