House was wonderful.

Just as advertised and overall well maintained and clean.

This was our second time staying here. Can’t say enough good things. House location is excellent and the house has everything you need and more. Beds are comfortable as well. Garage is also stocked with plenty of chairs, wagon, toys, etc. thanks for another great stay!

Just another incredible stay in Kure Beach with the family. LeeAnne is always on top of things. I informed her that the beach umbrellas were not there and she had 2 brand new ones delivered that next day. She thinks of all the little things, so you don't have to.

This was our 11th year in this property, so that tells it all. Perfect location, the owner is great, and the layout is perfect for our group. There are plenty of bathrooms, too! I can't say enough about this property.

This was our 2nd time staying at Leanne's place and it never disappoints! We have everything we need, including beach chairs, toys, etc. The beds are comfy and clean and she provides plenty of kitchen utensils. Beutifully decorated with lots of games for the kids, as well. She was very responsive when I had questions. We will definitely be back!

This was an amazing stay for us. We've been in many VRBO and various rentals, but this had literally everything we could've wanted - beach toys, boogie boards, beach wagons. Just everything. It was so relaxing and had something for everyone. Went to aquarium, Ft. Fisher and museum, Wilmington, lots of good food. can't say enough!

“Happy Ours” is the perfect place to stay. The host was amazing. Leann was so nice, and it was obvious that our comfort and happiness was her first priority. She had everything in the home you could possibly need for a vacation. Our family will definitely be booking this house again.

We just had an amazing vacation in this rental in Kure Beach. The location is great. Right across from the beach plus walking distance to the pier and restaurants. The house was clean and had everything we needed. We had 4 adults and 4 kids (ages 9 to 11). So the bunk room was great. So was the 1st floor room w the couch for the kids to go watch tv for down time after the beach. Having 2 masters w king beds was also great!!! The beds were also comfortable, something we have struggled with in other rentals. Grill was a plus and in good shape. Appreciated the ample beach chairs and wagons in the garage. It was all in good shape too! Communication with the owner was top notch. One of the best places we’ve stayed at in this general area and we’ve been coming here for 10 years. Can’t wait to go back!

We had an excellent stay! The house location is excellent - just a half block to the beach and 2 blocks to the pier and restaurants. The house had a great amount of space. Plenty of room for our party of 4 adults and 6 young adults/teens. Kitchen was well-appointed which made cooking dinners for our group a breeze. The gas grill was super helpful to have as well. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the house and how well stocked it was. The garage of beach items was amazing! Our kids enjoyed trying the skim boards. We ran into a few issues, but the very addressed and corrected so quickly by the owners. Their communication was awesome. We truly felt like guests in their home. Kure Beach has become a favorite destination for our family, and we hope to return soon! Thanks for a wonderful week of memories!!

We LOVE this property and Leann is a top-notch host! A great week with friends that are like family. We’ve also weathered a hurricane and this trip, Tropical Storm Debby! Already planning next year’s trip!

We love this property because of it's location, size, and amenities. This year was the best yet! The owner is responsive and helpful if you need anything, but most of the time we dont need a thing. Thats part of the appeal, everything is included and we really appreciate it. We will be back for our 11th time!

Great location, clean rental, and so happy to have beach chairs available to use so we didnt have to pack them.

It’s better than the pictures and description! You are only a block away from the water/ beach and you have a spectacular view from both of the front balconies. Lea Anne was helpful and easy to communicate with from the start of our reservation to the end of our trip. We had 4 adults plus 4 kids and we had plenty of space and comfort. The home is very well stocked and well taken care of too. We plan on coming back next year.
