Great week at Kelly Beach, the house was a 10 minute walk and had everything we needed!

The home is situated in a lovely, quiet, waterside community with a private beach. We enjoyed walking by the water everyday! The home is 3 levels, which we were surprised about, and was fully equipped with everything we needed. The kitchen had plenty of utensils and cooking tools. The garage was stocked with beach and sport equipment. The overall cleanliness of the house was not great, found crumbs in the couch, cabinet interiors and kitchen staples that needed cleaning. The rental agency and the owner were very responsive to texts and the owner was so helpful in telling us where extra towels were located when we didn’t receive the amount that was indicated on the bin. Unfortunately, though, it did take days for the rental agency’s maintenance crew to come to the house when we reported an issue that needed to be fixed, as well as, a very big carpenter ant issue. We understand there was nothing really on the spot that would have gotten rid of the ants but considering how many there were we are assuming this didn’t just start when we got there and should be or should have been addressed with an exterminator. Overall, we did have a great week. The house had everything our large family needed and the community was amazing.

We loved our stay at BLT. We walked to the beach and appreciated the sand toys and wagon that were provided. The place was comfortable for our family and had nice add-ons for a baby- booster seat and baby gates. Would definitely recommend!

The host knows hospitality!! The house was really well stocked— making it easy to feel right at home. We explored many of the surrounding areas and so many sweet memories. For bed critics, the mattresses are soft but still sticking with my 5-star rating!

Great location, very quiet with nice sleeping accommodations. Comfortable bedding is a must for a relaxing vacation. We had no complaints.

Four 70+ siblings and one niece with a 5 year old. The house is well equipped with more than enough room and a nice open plan kitchen. The down side - It’s at least a mile walk to the beach. - When we arrived on Saturday, 1 of the 2 showers wasn’t working. It wasn’t addressed for 3 days. Finally on Wed the plumber fixed the shower. When he left we had no hot water for 24 hrs. - On Wednesday morning at 1:15 AM all of the smoke alarms were going off. The only way to stop the noise was to pull all smoke detectors out. Next morning we were told they think it’s the humidity & they would send someone over to look at the alarms. No one came. We spent the remainder of the week with no smoke/carbon monoxide alert.

Great location within a short distance of beautiful water views. It's just a short walk to the private beach that is perfect for little ones. Main level is an open concept layout with lots of natural light with mature trees providing privacy.

We had a wonderful stay here at the BLT. The house felt very bright and super clean with new furnishings. The decor was very coastal like we were right by the ocean! The kitchen was well equipped with everything you could imagine. It was a great location and close to many beaches and restaurants. One minor downside was that we were unable to leave the sliding doors to the balconies open because there were rips in the screens. But overall, we had an amazing stay and would come again!

We love Bonnet Shores and come every year for a vacation. Kelly beach is wonderful; private and never too crowded. The house was wonderful; everything was working properly and when I had questions about the place, the manager was quick to respond with answers via email, phone, or text. The rooms were spacious and we loved the walk in closets with ample room to store everything we had brought. The kitchen was well stocked with essentials and easy to cook in. We didn't use the back yard at all, but we did use the grill and that was clean and ready for our use. It was a fantastic vacation.
