This cottage was very clean and comfortable. Loved the sauna and beach was incredible. Watching sunsets from the cottage and beach made for a perfect getaway.

Everything about this listing was accurate. The host was responsive and helpful. We had a wonderful time.

We loved our stay here! Although our stay was too short & chilly to really enjoy the beautiful lake we had an amazing time dressed warmly walking the shoreline. The cottage was cozy & very clean. The toasty fireplace was on upon our arrival & the host reached out during our stay to make sure everything was going smoothly. We would definitely stay here again!

Host was very responsive. Place was small but comfortable. Probably can’t fit more than 4 adults comfortably in the common areas, but location was great, view of Lake Superior was awesome and the snow was fantastic the weekend we were there! No complaints.

Lovely home on Lake Superior -- off the beaten path so it was wonderfully quiet and dark. I didn't have any issues, but the host was very responsive to my questions. The pumpkin bars the host left for me when I arrived were a nice touch.

We had such a lovely stay at the Blueberry Beach House!! It’s a little slice of heaven on the lake. The house was stocked with everything we needed and is very cozy. We spent every night watching the sunset on the beach and even got to see the Northern Lights. The location of the property is perfect for all of your Keweenaw adventures; although once you get to the house you might not want to leave. The owner of the property stopped by to introduce herself and brought us the most delicious pumpkin cream cheese cupcakes. We felt completely spoiled during our stay and cannot wait to go back!

Super cute cabin - very clean and comfy. Perfect size for my family of 4. Loved having Lake Superior outside the front door. And the sauna was awesome too! Perfect home base for exploring the Keweenaw.

My husband and I spent the most peaceful week at the blueberry Beach House. We couldn’t have asked for a better location, a more private beach or better accommodations. The owners are so sweet and even delivered fresh blueberry muffins. There are blueberry patches for you to pick fresh blueberries throughout your stay. The area has many family owned restaurants to choose from and cute little shops to find the perfect souvenirs. We are definitely planning on returning year after year.

We had a wonderful stay at the Blueberry Beach House. Perfect place to relax and unwind. Gorgeous sunsets over the lake and loved sitting on the bench watching the lake. The cottage is very comfortable and Kristin has thought of many special touches to make it so. It was cool during our stay and the fireplace was a welcome addition when we returned after exploring the area. Loved the direct and easy access to all the rock hunting one could ask for. Thank you for sharing this little piece of paradise with us - it made for our best visit to the Keweenaw!

My husband and I spent 4 nights at the Blueberry Beach cabin and it's exactly what we needed to reset! Direct access to the beach, everything we needed in the kitchen, our hosts were right across the street!! Kristin and EJ took extra care to get us firewood for the beach fire pit and recommended we use the sauna and then jump in Superior...we did it! It was an experience! The water is crystal clear and the beach is a rock hounders paradise! We would definitely come back!!!

We were there for granddaughters graduation from MI Tech. We had trouble finding a closer place for 6 people, so we took the cabin on Lake Superior! We absolute loved it. Clean, very cute and right on the beach. Beautiful sunsets. We would certainly stay here again!

I had been wanting to stay at this property for several years but I could never match availability of the cottage to my availability. Until now and it was definitely worth the wait. Cottage is cozy and welcoming. All essentials in place. Quiet area. Most fantastic beach combing out front. Sat on the bench every night to watch the sun set! If you are looking for peace and quiet along with great rock hunting and beautiful sunsets, look no further. I highly recommend!

Our family stayed here to race in The Great Bear Chase. It was the perfect location for us. The snow was all cleared even though they had 1-2 feet dropped on them the day prior to our arrival. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Be sure to be there for sunset, it was amazing!

Beautiful location, can be challenging in the winter depending on snow fall - be prepared, of course. For those staying during the winter months, bring slippers, as the floors are cold. Keep bedroom doors open, with only the gas fireplace as a heat source. Lovely setting! We enjoyed our stay.

Kristin and her husband were great hosts! We enjoyed the freshly baked cinnamon rolls that were waiting for us when we arrived. We loved walking along the shore as well as the river path. The rainy weather did not deter us from exploring. They have the best stocked kitchen that I have ever experienced in a vbro rental property. Any utensil or pot or gadget was there! The proximity to the beach is fabulous... right out the door, down a couple stairs and there it is! We could hear the waves crashing at night inside as it was stormy weather. What a great way to fall asleep! If you are looking for some peace and quiet, this is an excellent place to do that! Our only regret is that our stay was short.

We were hoping for warmer weather but when you check in on November 24th for a three-night stay, anything is possible. We were able to rock hound the first day only before the weather changed. This is a rock hounders paradise! Over the next few days the waves started to build. It was awesome watching mother nature and the 8 feet waves. You could not ask for a better cottage to hunker down. The fireplace was awesome as was Kristen's homemade chocolate chip cookies. Very peaceful cottage!

We will be back! We had a wonderful weekend at this cottage- everything exceeded our expectations. Perfect for families.

Was a great place to celebrate our anniversary. Quiet and beautiful location. Cabin was clean and well stocked.

We came up to enjoy the beach and the fall colors. We had a great time collecting rocks on the beach. The cabin was cozy and perfect. We would love to come again.

Had all the support for making great meals with the kitchen equipment provided. Location allowed us access to unique experiences…rock hunting right out the door, when the lake was calm … we actually swam! Each surrounding town had great restaurants, things to do and plenty of friendly locals. Hope to come back again.

Everything you need is here. We had a wonderful time. Our host was super nice and wanted to make sure all was well. We spent a lot of time on the beach rockhounding. Hope to come back next year.

The Blueberry House is a true gem. Kristin came over shortly after we arrived to make sure we had everything we needed and also brought us some delicious blueberry muffins. We really enjoyed talking to her. Everything was very clean and this house had everything we could possibly need. The full size washer/dryer and dishwasher was nice. Everything worked well. The large bench to the view the beach is wonderful for sunsets. The pictures on here do not do this house justice. We spent most of our time on the deck, bench, and at the beach. There is nothing between the house and the beach aside from the bench. In the pics it is kind of hard to tell, but it is truly beachfront and just an amazing little cottage. It was just my husband and I so we didn't use the 2nd bedroom but it is really cute. Each bunk has it's own little wall lamp and an outlet. Each day we fell more in love with this house. It was a great place for rock collecting as well. Thank you Kristin for your wonderful hospitality and renting out this little gem.
