Our river home is located on 3 acres with Frio river frontage on the property, 55yards from the house. The town of Leakey is 1.5 miles away on the scenic HWY 337.
Pets are welcome. This house has a private yard, the river frontage access is shared with House #1( VRBO Property ID 2206452. Plenty of room for yard games!

Stayed Aug 30, 2025The property was in a great location, close to the river front, a short walk from the house. Its very close to stores for a quick supply run. River levels were good. The kids & dogs loved it! Hosts were easy to communicate with and very responsive & accomodating. No issues at all with anything. We arrived to a very clean house and it ammomdated our group of 10 very comfortably! We will defintiely rebook for next summer!

Stayed Aug 16, 2024Fantastic home/property for a large group-we had 10. Direct river access was perfect, close enough to town if you forgot anything but far enough away that it was a quiet, peaceful getaway. Outdoor games provided were great! We all agreed-we would definitely stay here again
