Stayed Feb 15, 2026Host was responsive. Location is good, edge of town, occasional highway noise but not bad. Refrigerator door was missing handle. Not fancy but good for a short getaway on the Frio.

Stayed Sep 3, 2025The home was very nice and clean! Was a little disappointed that water wasn’t closer to the house! We went to Garner State park and it was amazing ! I do appreciate the fact that the house was fully supplied with all we needed to cook with, linens/ towels provided etc! Don’t wanna have to pack up so much to travel for a couple days ! Overall nice stay!

Stayed Oct 11, 2024We had a great time at this property and absolutely loved the little house. The backyard set up was perfect for campfires and grilling, and the location was very convenient to get to Lost Maples and Garner state parks. The house had everything we could want and was very cozy inside. Definitely want to go back!
