Stayed Apr 25, 2026A beautiful house with a nice outdoor patio area, pool, and hot tub. The house was wonderful, clean and well supplied although we spent most of our time on the patio area.The area was relatively quiet and seemed more private than you’d expect for a residential area. Not much traffic etc. We would definitely rent again.

Stayed Apr 11, 2026Beautifully renovated 3 BR ranch with heated swimming pool and hot tub. Stay was excellent...very clean and welcoming. Christopher was spot on when contacting him and he even personally came out and took care of a small issue we had. Overall a 10/10. May see if he's available to do some work on my house, especially the garage...near many local attractions and restaurants. Do the Wekee Watchee kayak rental...and closest beaches. A little over an hours ride to most points around Tampa/St Pete.Thank you for a great week.

Stayed Mar 16, 2026Very nice home! Clean with many amenities. Host was very responsive and addressed any needs right away. The nice heated pool was great, since the weather was a bit cool. Great location, near many restaurants and things to do. Nice neighborhood as well.
