Perfect place to stay! Would reccommend this to others

The property was beautiful and very well appointed. Lots of lovely little touches everywhere. Will definitely return!

We stayed here overnight and really wished we’d been able to stay there longer. It is a beautiful home, well maintained, extremely well equipped. Would not hesitate to go back again in future.

From the moment we walked through the door we felt so at home. Every aspect has been considered by Jude to ensure guests are comfortable and have everything they need for a wonderful stay. The house is beautiful and the location, with woods right on the doorstep, is so peaceful and calm. The beds were really comfortable and the house had such a great feel, we didn’t want to go home and would have loved to stay longer. We hope to return one day and we would highly recommend the house and the host to everyone. Thank you Jude for a truly relaxing stay, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Lovely clean house with plenty of room

Fantastic house, was the perfect place to stay the night before my wedding, with my bridal squad. The spacious rooms made it the perfect place to get our hair and make up done, allowing the photographer to get photos easily. The property was very clean and had all the amenities required. The host was absolutely amazing, very welcoming and friendly and decorated the house with balloons and left a bottle of bubbly as an extra surprise, which was so lovely and very appreciated. We did struggle to find the place but had instant responses from the host when we messaged. Perfect little get away for the night.

One off the best homes we have rented ,and at a fair price

Although we had to cut short out trip, we were very glad to have a couple of days in this beautiful house. So much space and every little detail thought of. Lovely to sit out in the garden enjoying the evening sun. Lincoln is a great city to explore and we only wish we had longer.

Felt like a country house hotel. Spacious, well equipped and very comfortable beds. Complimentary breakfast ingredients and toiletries were a really good surprise. We enjoyed the film room on our one night in!

This house is beautiful and equipped to a very high standard. The owner has taken such care to think about everything we might need. The garden is a lovely place to relax in the sun. We stayed here as my daughter was getting married in Lincoln & it was a perfect base for us. We loved it & will very happily stay again.

Wonderful accommodation, very thoughtful touches

The property is spotlessly clean with everything provided for a fantastic stay. It sleeps six easily. Everything including food, toiletries and appliances are provided to make your stay very enjoyable. The chocolate cupboard was a big hit when watching a movie on Now TV . There is a charge for certain items such as freezer food but it is very small and well worth it for the convenience of having food and snacks readily available. The sun room was amazing along with the power shower and roll top bath...... overall a great place to stay and we are definitely planning on going back soon.
