This is our second stay and I'm sure we will be back again. This place is lovely with all the facilities you need. The house feels very spacious and has the added bonus of a hot tub where my wife and daughter spent many many hours!. Great comms with the owners and they are very friendly. Love it here and will be back

The Barn was superb, the only thing that let it down was the pub opposite wasn’t open until the Wednesday of our stay and didn’t serve food until the Friday and that was the day of our homecoming.

Absolutely loved staying at the Dairy Barn, it was so comfortable and Jayne our host had put a lot of time and care ensuring that there’s everything needed for a home from home feel. The Barn is in a great location in a very pleasant village, just a few miles from lots of attractions and heritage sites. Jayne provided a very comprehensive guide too of places of interest and the best ways to get around. We enjoyed our stay so much and would definitely like to return at some point. Would definitely recommend.

Superbly appointed home in beautiful village location, steps from the village green, two pubs, and village shop. We especially enjoyed the large kitchen, comfortable beds, hot tub, and spacious reception room for relaxing with a glass of wine after a long day sightseeing. Hosts were gracious and helpful. Would definitely return.

Probably the best holiday let/cottage we have stayed in over the past 11 years. Spotlessly clean with all the home comforts and more. The kitchen was better equipped than my one at home!!! Hot tub was a lovely addition Great welcome basket - plum bread a new firm favourite. Jayne the host greeted us on arrival which was really nice Very quiet village with a nice pub opposite. Conveniently located near Lincoln and the Lincolnshire Wolds Would highly recommend

The Old Dairy Barn cottage is ideally located for a quiet stay in a rural Lincolnshire village. The cottage is modern and very comfortable with all you will need to relax and enjoy the area. The kitchen is well equipped and spacious and the beds very comfortable. Jayne, our host was very accommodating and helpful and left us a welcome basket with delicious treats and necessities such as milk, bread and eggs. There are two pubs within walking distance but they only seem to serve food on weekends. However, the Fox and Hounds Inn in Willingham is only about a twelve minute drive away and serves delicious food if you do not wish to cook. We loved our stay and so did my elderly parents.
