Compares well to others in Guilderton. Has linen, which is fabulous. Powerful AC in living room but bedrooms a bit hot (2 pedestal fans provided). Lovely big TV, coffee machine. Modern and very clean. Quiet street. Clean BBQ. No view, WiFi or dishwasher. Much nicer than Guilderton shacks. I recommend this home.

Clean and tidy property ? Water pressure was terrible in the shower! Needed to run around in a circle to get wet! Overall the property was sufficient for our stay.

Only thing is there is no aircon in the bedrooms only in living area. But the cool ocean breeze makes up for that.

The only thing that could be improved is a better bbq, with a hood to cook a roast, and a few cupboard staples I.e. oil, salt & pepper etc. But they are just minor things.

Waves and Moore was very well cared for and spotlessly clean. The aircon was a welcome bonus on the cooler nights. Will definitely stay here again when we return to Guilderton

We have stayed at many places, but this would have to have been the cleanest of them all! The kitchen was well equipped for all tastes. The airconditioner was big and the filters were clean - yey! The water was probably too hot- could drop the temperature back a wee bit. The fine for not cleaning the BBQ is a brilliant idea - would be good to have a wire brush to help with that. The beds were comfy, rooms a good size. 2 areas to relax around a table- good for longer stays and if teenages want their own space. The back area will be even better once some lawn grows on the sandy area. Thank you- we will be back!
