Beach Front - Pet Friendly - Holiday Home - Guilderton-Moore River

Modern, perfectly-designed, well-presented house. The outside ramp made unloading our stuff easy and our old dog appreciated it and the backyard was secure for him. Perfect location. The beach track opposite is a lot easier than the other ones nearby. The host made the booking simple and was readily contactable. The beds were comfortable and the hot water was hot and with good pressure. The front balcony and the covered decking area at the back were great. There was an additonal fridge outback for drinks and the BBQ was clean. Well done!

Great communication throughout the booking process. All instructions prior very clear on how to get into the house. Fabulous location and great house. Very well stocked with dishes, etcOur furry pals loved the back garden and front balcony was fab to watch the sunset. Only suggestion yesterday was hot and there is no air con in the main living area so it was unbearable to sit and have lunch. There’s a ceiling fan and a pedestal fan but would recommend an air con in the main area - would have just made it more pleasant for us but a great stay

A beach-side holiday home to enjoy and savour. Well appointed and excellent for doggie beach access, just over the road. Recommend.

Lovely house, perfect for 2 adults, 1 preteen and 2 dogs. Great location with view of the ocean and short walk to the beach. Secure yard for the dogs. Well stocked kitchen and lounge with loads of games, books, movies and music to choose from. Comfortable beds and bathroom was huge with shower and bath if needed for kids. We didn't need to bedroom downstairs with the 4 bunkbeds but think it would be great if you have more kids! We really enjoyed the accessibility to the beach and short drive to river, cafe and general store. We had mostly overcast days but that didn't deter us from enjoying walks on the beach. Had a beautiful rainbow out front and even spotted a couple of roos in the scrub. Fantastic few days away. Highly recommended and Kerry was lovely to deal with :)

We recently stayed at this beautiful beachfront home in Guilderton and couldn’t have asked for a better getaway. The location is absolutely stunning – right opposite the beach with breathtaking views. Traveling with our dogs can sometimes be a challenge, but this property was incredibly pet-friendly. There was plenty of room for them to run around safely, and the nearby beach was ideal for long walks and playtime.The house itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay.Highly recommended – we’ll definitely be back!

We had an amazing stay in Kerry's beautiful beach house. We could fault anything from the location, property itself and hosts excellent communication. Will definitely be booking again on our next trip to Moore River

We loved the location, the house, the amenities were fantastic (two huge fridges!) and so well stocked with everything, from alfoil to shower soap! The layout of the house is awesome and even with 8 people it never felt cramped. Morning walks were wonderful, literally opposite the dog beach and with side gate access, dogs and feet could be rinsed off before we went inside. The kids loved the PS3, games and huge tv, and the Bbq is great. The only thing to be aware of is that the queen and double mattresses sleep extremely soft and it feels like you’re on a a water bed. The kids also said they felt the single mattresses springs in their ribs. With different mattresses we will definitely Be back, it was such an enjoyable Stay. In your beautiful home. Thank you

Amazing location overlooking the beach in a quiet town. This house is great for all ages, loved we could bring our dogs along for the family fun also!

Fantastic location , 3 minutes to the beach and a short stroll to Moore River Was very pet friendly and our dogs loved it! The house was well secured for our dogs too
