Waterway front home w/ private pool, fenced yard, boat dock, short walk to beach

This is the perfect place for a family with dogs! The pool and the fenced in backyard are ideal. The dock is also nice for the guests who have boats. Its a quick rip to the marina or the inlet! We will definitely stay again!

It was perfect for all of us and our kids!! The pool was amazing and kept our kiddos entertained. We loved the backyard! The house was plenty stocked! We would love to go back!

Very nice home, very quiet. We love being on the canal with easy access to the intercoastal. Easy access to the beach. Comfortable and peaceful.

We had a lovely vacation in this home. A couple of very minor “problems”…the ice maker in the fridge door nor the remote to the pool lights worked. But as I said, very minor. We loved having the linens and towels provided. We also had a leak in the bathroom ceiling from the AC and had to keep a bowl on the floor, but it was addressed very quickly and every person who came to try to work on it was extremely friendly. Check in and checkout very easy. Would highly recommend.

This property has all or the bells and whistles. It a large home with plenty of space. It was very clean and had a natural beach theme decor. The staff was extremely prompt and took care of all of our needs in a timely fashion. I highly recommend this home for your vacation stay. I will return to this home again.

great house for what we needed. smaller pool than we thought but still had a wonderful time to the point we will be there next year. it has everything yoh need for your stay. however, theres no lights on the dock, or in pool one. it has one that shines on tou in the pool. we did kill several roaches. we also had water leaking from a light in the bathroom that we called to have fixed but it still did it the rest of the trip. i think some twinkle lights under the deck and maybe out in the yard would make the pool area really great! and maybe different stools in the kitchen as some areas get very cramped up. but beds are comfortable great amount of beds and decorated beautifully

The home was very clean and kitchen was well stocked. The kids loved the pool and throwing the cast net in the canal and dropping in crab traps! Lots of decks and outdoor spaces to hang out! The laundry room is on the ground floor and the washer/dryer are built up on a platform, which makes sense given its location and propensity for flooding, but being 5'1 this was an issue for me... a step-stool would have been great. The beds were comfortable, but mattresses are covered in cheap plastic mattress protectors which are noisy and hot. Ceiling fan in upstairs (street-side) bedroom absolutely needs to be replaced - constant noise.

I am amazed at the transformation of this home in just a short amount of time. The inside looks almost brand new. I love what the new owners have done to the place. New paint throughout the whole house. Brand new bathrooms look fantastic. Love the Navy theme throughout!! We will be back for sure.

House needs some upgrades. Front bedroom door knob was sticking out of the door. Front storm door would not close right. Outside flood lights would not work. Bugs in the upstairs bathroom. Great pool Awesome location view are great.
