Located within walking distance, is the award winning Deck Tavern and Restaurant, where gourmet dining meets beautiful water views and more potential for dolphin sightings. Enjoy a leisurely breakfast, sumptuous lunch or choose between fine dining and bistro style for an evening’s delight.
Within a few minutes walk you can be enjoying the crystal clear waters and white sandy beaches of Geographe Bay. Ten minutes drive and you are in the centre of Busselton town or ride your bike along the purpose built bike tracks that take you all the way to town and beyond to Yallingup.

NO LEAVERS ALLOWED- PLEASE DO NOT APPLY
-Noise restrictions apply after 9pm week days and 10pm weekends.
No noise must be heard from the property after these hours.
-Noise level must be kept at an acceptable level at all times, the neighbours
should not be able to hear music or rowdy behaviour coming from the
house.
-No extra guests/people are permitted at the property due to local licensing requirements. This includes children. Maximum of 6 people allowed.
-Maximum of 2 cars allowed to be parked at the property.

PETS
Pets are only permitted at pet-friendly properties with the prior consent of the Manager( small NON SHEDDING dogs only). Medium-Large breeds are not allowed at the property. The following must be adhered to:
No cats, rabbits or birds allowed.
Dogs must be a minimum of 2 years old, no puppies accepted.
Pets are to be kept under control at all times. Pets must not be left unsupervised or alone at the property at any time. If going out, it is required by local shire legislation that you take dogs with you, so they don't bark when alone in an unknown environment. Property neighbours may call the property manager and local ranger if the dog is barking.
The guest is responsible for any damage caused by pets, inside or outside of the property. If extra cleaning is required this will be charge to the guest.
Pets are not permitted to bedrooms or on the furniture at any time. Charges will apply for cleaning of furniture/bedding/carpets where applicable.
Guests agree to bring their own pet bedding, food bowls and other pet items to the property as, unless specified these items will not be available at the property.

    The apartment Waters Edge was perfect for our stay. The location on the Marina was lovely and we walked around to The Deck restaurant for dinner which was also good. We had a rental car and went out each day to see all the area has to offer, so Port Geographe was a good location for us.

    Tranquil relaxing stay right on the water at Port Geographe over looking boats. Great little jetty for the kids to fish and crab from safely. Easy drive to Busselton and Dunsborough to visit beaches. Quick stroll to the Deck for a yummy dinner.

    This property needs an injection of TLC. Its dated, very stale and in need of a deep clean. The unit smelt of dogs, the towels of Cigarette smoke and the place is generally grubby.

    Property is lovely. Nice and clean and in such a quiet area. Was great just to watch the boats come in and out of the marina. Food was also delicious at The Deck,restaurant walking distance from property.

    The house was amazing overlooking the marina. Had everything we needed. We were surprised to find we also had access to Netflix and Prime which was great for the rainy days. Very peaceful location. Will book again.

    We had the most relaxing time. Such a beautiful, serene feel and view over the water. We sat on the deck with food and wine, played Rummikub, watched TV. Very clean and comfortable. Thanks for sharing!!! We had a ball.
