Stayed Jul 3, 2025This was a very well maintained home. Also the location is great! Walking distance to the Comal River and right across the street from the water park!! Also excellent communication with the home owner!

Stayed Nov 3, 2023The location and property were perfect for us. The kids really enjoyed the wildlife in the front yard. There was a beautiful 6 point and 4 point bucks and several does hanging around.

Stayed Nov 4, 2022This property worked perfectly for our family getaway. We were from Virginia, Georgia, Florida and NC. Amazing we all made it work. The house was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen well stocked. It had everything I think a home away from home should have in the house. Plenty of towels, silverware, glasses , cooking utensils. We just ate our breakfast there. A Keurig coffee maker and pods was perfect for the two coffee drinkers and their styles. We would definitely rent again. Also, the bed I slept in was very comfortable. /

Stayed Aug 4, 2022The property manager was very responsive. The only thing I would say is since there is a 10 person capacity, there are only 4 parking permits allowed, that should be made very clear. I may have missed it but it was not a big issue as you could park vehicles about 5 minutes away.
