This house sets on Shafer's Waterfront Resort property located on Dike Road, Mojave Valley, AZ. Our resort has two houses 79306 (river view, but behind) and 1565718. We have 1 private deck, and boat ramp for your use. We also have a sandy beach area; as well as a grass beach area.
Our properties are located across the river from Needles in a gated community. One of our decks sets out over the river point and the other is just off our sandy beach. This house is less than 120 ft from the

Stayed Jun 11, 2024We had a large family group and the property had plenty of parking and room on the riverfront for our boats. The houses were clean and comfortable with plenty of towels, linens, etc. We are looking forward to returning next year. Thank you!

Stayed Sep 7, 2023This house is 3 lots up from the Needles bridge. has its own launch ramp and beach. 4th time I have rented this home and the front unit too. Plenty of parking for multiple boats and trailers. The host is very accommodating.
