Our host was very helpful. The house was lovely and so was the pool. Looking out over the water and watching the birds and the boats was so relaxing.

We had a wonderful time! Seven adults from ages 22 to 70 and the home was perfect for us!The pool was clean and warm and the setting was perfect. Though we had great weather the play room was used almost daily. The only suggestion I have is maybe a upgrade to the upstairs sliders shade system as it seems aged out.

Check in process was easy, pictures and descriptions in listing were accurate. Fabulous location and view! Pool area was great as was the dockage for boats. Lots of seating in the living space which you don’t usually find in rentals, we loved that! Beds were all very comfortable. Neighborhood was quiet, neighbors were all very nice, also unusual with rentals. Lots of space to spread out! The house is older and could use some maintenance, lot of small things but nothing that hindered our stay. Could also use some new towels. It wasn’t as clean as I would like, seemed maybe it had been sitting for a while since it was last cleaned. We had a some issues but property manager was very responsive and did her best to get everything resolved. Overall we had a great vacation!!

Plenty of room, but dated. AC system needs cleaning as there is mold on all vents. Bed sheets were clean, however a couple mattresses had what appeared to be urine stains. Pool was awesome, game room fun, and convenience of boat dock. Overall happy with the experience, just needs some TLC for the price.

This house was a great place to stay. It was very spacious & a great location. The house was clean, well stocked with everything we needed. We had easy check in & good communication with our host. The beds were all very comfy! We opted to have the pool heated & that was a nice treat. So nice to start & end our day sitting on the top deck taking in the beautiful scenery.Pictures listed are all accurate. Our family of 6 adults totally enjoyed staying here!

House was large and very clean. Location was awesome, tied rental boat right up to dock. Pool was great, clean and warm.

Every 4 us friends goto the keys to fish. Thia year we stayed in Marathon and it did not disappoint. House was great host was great pool and property nice. Well be back next year

We liked this rental a lot. If you are serious about boating and fishing it has everything you need and plenty of space. We hope to come back!

The house was wonderful. Everything was very clean and well stocked. The location is very convenient and easy to navigate. The host was responsive and helpful.

This property was amazing! We had 8 people there. 3 couples and my 2 children. The house had everything we needed and was well kept. The sleeping arrangements were very convenient as well as bathroom situations. There was plenty of room to dock our boat and getting in and out was a breeze for both the gulf and Atlantic side. The pool was awesome. After fishing and or lobstering we came back and relaxed in the pool. The upstairs balcony was a fan favorite too. Looking out at the ocean and feeling the breeze was spectacular at all points of the day. We definitely loved this place for our vacation. We would definitely recommend this to others as well as stay again. The host is also very responsive if you need to communicate about anything. Thank you for an amazing stay.

We have been traveling to the Keys for many years with our family this house was the perfect house for a fun filled family vacation! The house is in a great location & had plenty of room for us & our adult children as well as our 1 year old grandson! The host was extremely receptive to our needs and calls making the whole experience awesome! We plan to rent it every year for our Annual Keys Vacation! Thanks again to Lori & James for helping us to create incredible family memories!!

House was perfect for our family of 7. Plenty of room for the boat. Easy to get in and out of for a day on the water. Pool was very refreshing after being on the boat all day. We really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend to others and would love to stay again.

We had a wonderful time in Marathon and the Keys overall as this was our first stay. Our host was spot on with the listing. The accommodation and amenities were perfect for our travel party of 6 adults and 2 teenagers! Would surely stay here again and would recommend to others!
