Waterfront wonder with screened porch, washer/dryer, private boat dock & ramp

The house is very spacious and in a great location it was near stores and restaurants. BUT the entire area was flooded due to high tide and we couldn’t get an uber because of the flooding. Also there were lots of ants in the kitchen and in the bedroom's. I sent a text and pictures of the ants and the flooding and all I got was a reply saying everything was noted. That was it.

The property was the perfect size for our family and was in very good condition and clean. The location was also just right for us.

I stayed at this lovely home for a quick girls weekend away and it was so wonderful! The lot was beyond beautiful with a very welcoming backyard and screened in porch. Being right on the water is just another amazing feature about this house. The kitchen was fully stocked with pans and everything needed to cook. The location is close enough to the beach, but far enough away to be away from the busyness of the area. Lots of great restaurant and shops right by the house too! Can’t wait to return to this amazing house!

Great for a multi generation family that needs space and family space. The view from the dock was nice and the area was quiet. Worked great for some rest and relaxation, but close enough to the beach to be very drivable to the beach and the baby.

House seemed clean and just like pictures. However, between all my different texts and emails I had nothing but confusion about garbage pickup. 3 different communications and instructions posted at house and they were all different. Garbage was never picked up and can was running over. Also, house needs an exterminator !! There were ants in nearly every room. They found food as soon as it was left out even for a short period of time. Don’t think I’ll return

Exeter Road Daydream truly exceeded our expectations. Our family enjoyed crabbing from the dock, boating, and visiting on the breezy porch. There was gobs of space for everyone to spread out. We loved how close the property was to restaurants and Ocean City. Daily walks on the boardwalk were an added bonus and a lot of fun. We will definitely be back!

Great clean updated house with Canal and own private boat launch! Plenty of parking and fantastic amenities! 2 Seperate living rooms for Kids and Adults to space out and fantastic outdoor area with grill and fun for all!

This home was the best home my family and I have ever stayed at in OC. Perfect location, my daughters swam in the canal every day for HOURS! The home was very clean, spacious for my family of 7.

We love this house and the proximity to everything. This is our second time staying at Exeter Road Daydream and can’t wait to spend more vacations here.

Spring break with my family was great here. The house had more than enough space. We also enjoyed being on the water? The house had everything we needed.
