Townhome with central AC, washer/dryer, & pool access - close to beach

Nice property, great location, well decorated. Close to the Assateague Island National Seashore which is our destination. Good breakfast/brunch & restaurants within 10 minutes drive. People in the neighborhood having fun Friday night but (luckily) we brought ear buds so it was fine.

Good location for what we were doing. House was clean and kept up. Unfortunately we got sick and left early. However, would rent this location again. Only issue was sound within the house- thin walls.

The location of the property was excellent. Close to everything from food, shopping plazas, and the boardwalk. Having the pool on the property was great for those days that you just walked to hang at the property. The screened sun porch was a hit with my family it was very peaceful. The property was beautiful, peaceful, and i enjoyed every minute of this vacation.

You can get the same amenities for less money at beach front properties. 5 mile drive took 15-20 minutes each way so that felt misleading. Didn’t offer late check out. Had fully stocked kitchen and had everything you need for a baby/toddler which was nice. Decor was nice. Clean except for the floors were sandy. Good communication with Vacasa. Pool was nice and heated though the pathway was completely flooded. Serious fly problem. Every time we opened the door, 5 flys came in. The A/C was good downstairs but there was little air flow to the second floor. Fully furnished.

The house was beautiful and very clean when we arrived. There were many amenities and made for a great stay in Ocean City!

Easy to get to and close to beach. Perfect

The location was great close to everything and with out traffic a 8 min drive to the beach. Access to the pool was great. A all-round good experience.

My family enjoyed our stay very much. It was well furnished and clean, well stocked with kitchenwares, toiletries and beach equipment which all came in very handy and was much appreciated! The beach/ boardwalk was wonderful. There was so much to see and do, and only a short few minute drive across the bridge. The pool was perfect for the little ones who just wanted a quick swim. Plenty of parking Highly recommend!

Great location. Close to everything we needed. House was very clean. The bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable. I would highly recommend this property. I hope it is available next Easter!

Townhome was perfect for our weekend visiting family. Exceptionally clean and comfortable. All the comforts of home. Nice quiet community and great location. We would definitely stay here again.
