Stayed Jun 12, 2026Cozy and Comfortable!We enjoyed a fun long weekend at this property. While there were a few hiccups along the way (largely because we failed to read the fine print), the property is in a beautiful location and very comfortable. Linda was a friendly and helpful host.

Stayed Oct 4, 2025This is an outstanding property on Lake Winnipesaukee! It’s well-furnished and would be ideal for a family with children.The only downside is getting to it via a dirt road which can be challenging after dark.

Stayed Sep 17, 2025Great place with a beautiful view of the lake. House is equipped for handicapped and/elderly if that’s something you are looking for. The steps down to the dock however, can be challenging for some. Very private and peaceful. House is very well equipped with anything you might need. One thing that would be nice to add is a Keurig coffee maker. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Sep 6, 2025We have been coming here for our staycation for at least 4 years now. The house is perfectly nestled in the woods with gorgeous view and private access to the lake. Moulton Farm, The Old Country Store, Castle in the Clouds are fun to visit and easily accessible.

Stayed Jul 26, 2025We loved our stay and the view - especially sunrise - was amazing. We heard loons calling in the morning and it was very quiet at night. The house was charming and well stocked with most everything we needed. Communication was good with owners. We would definitely recommend this house for your lake Winni vacation!
