Bedroom 1 – Primary Suite (Main Level): King Bed + Twin Bed | Private Bathroom with walk-in shower
Bedroom 2 (Upper Level): Two Queen Beds + One Twin Bed
Bedroom 3 (Upper Level): Queen Bed
Bedroom 4 (Upper Level): Queen Bed

Bedrooms 2–4 share a full bathroom on the upper level.

Things to Know

To help ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for you—and our neighbors—please review the following:

Good Neighbor Policy: Please be respectful of the home and surrounding community. Illegal activity is strictly prohibited.
Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Parking: Maximum of 8 vehicles. No parking or driving on the grass.
Events: Not permitted without prior approval
Pets: No pets allowed

Age Requirement:
Due to local regulations and/or HOA guidelines, the primary booking guest must be at least 25 years old. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the entire stay.
Guests will be required to complete kwLakeside Rentals Lake Anna`s rental agreement and online check-in form within 10 days of booking.
