Two additional spacious bedrooms on the lower level with queen/king beds and a shared bath provide relaxed privacy for four more people. A third level gables bedroom provides privacy and a perfect hideaway with twin and full beds for six more guests. Linens are provided.

The large open space living/kitchen/dining area ensures you won't miss any of the action and provides perfect views of the large level lawn area, lake and boat dock. The kitchen comes wonderfully appointed with everything you need including dishwasher, full size refrigerator (and another in the basement), five burner gas stove, and microwave. A walk-in pantry provides access to all the things you might find in your own kitchen as well as plenty of space to store all your snacks and dry goods for the week.

A paver walkway takes you to an idyllic lake location where you can spend all day on and in the water in this no wake zone. The beach with its gentle slope into the water is perfect for the little tykes, and for the older swimmers, they can jump into the 8' deep water off the end of the dock or paddle around in the two tandem kayaks. After a long day on the lake, you can spend time around the comfortable lakeside fire pit with soft professional night lighting. Can't say enough wonderful things about the property and the owners. You know you have a winner when the 9 year old writes a glowing review in the guest book and everyone says book the house for next year. My family and I have been renting lakeside properties for 15 years including 4 years at Lake Anna so I speak from a lot of experience. The owners of this house have created a magical place that definitely feels like home. In fact, some in the family think its better than home. The kitchen/dining area is a cook and a diner's dream. We love to cook and there were more than enough dishes as well as counter and dining space for the 13 of us. The kitchen and pantry area are well stocked, clearly labelled, and they even have a Bosch dishwasher. The bedrooms are perfect and well located. The grandkids run the gamut from 9 to 22, and they were all happy. The surrounding area is well maintained and the waterfront area is a dream. Everyone loved the steps into the water and the availability of kayaks, water toys and life vests. Two grandkids came for the day and frolicked in the beach and water areas. The subgroup that loves to fish were very pleased. Being on a quiet cove is more than you can ask for. The temperature of water and the sense of freedom they had is hard to beat. What a find.

Great relaxing beautiful getaway!!
The house and the grounds and the lakefront, were so beautiful we enjoyed relaxing times on the porch and down at the waters edge. There was a beautiful white sand beach and also a nice dock to sit out on. The kitchen was thoroughly equipped with everything you would need we would definitely come back here again.

Perfect Lake Anna Vacation
This was our first time at Lake Anna. My family and I had a wonderful, relaxing vacation. This house is clean, has a great layout, and is fully equipped with everything you would need (especially the kitchen). The backyard is beautifully landscaped and having direct access to the private dock is great. The kids loved kayaking and swimming in the warm, calm water all week!

Relaxing and Rejuvenating R&R retreat weekend!
This was our first staff weekend retreat and we had an amazing time. The house is perfectly situated on the lake it immaculately cared for and beautiful. The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen I have ever seen in a rental house. The house was welcoming and so nicely decorated. We enjoyed cooking, eating, and playing games. We particularly enjoyed drinking our coffee on the dock overlooking the lake every morning. We also had a private yoga class on the grass in front of the lake and felt rejuvenated being around the trees and water. We had 8 adults and the sleeping arrangements were perfect. Five of us had our own bedroom and 3 shared one room very comfortably. We will be back again. Thank you for an amazing weekend!!
