Stayed Apr 29, 2023House was very clean and had everything needed. Neighborhood was extremely quiet and peaceful. Host was wonderful, with many great local recommendations. Great communication. All around an amazing experience!! We can't wait to go back!

Stayed May 22, 2026Place was spotless and loved being able to fish off the pier and take the provided kayaks from their dock into the James E. Grey Preserve. The owner was quick to respond to a couple questions during our stay.

Stayed Nov 22, 2024Cleanliness and comfortable beds are a priority for me when traveling. This place was perfect. We really only used the house for sleeping and showering, as we were visiting with friends in the area. We didn't get a chance to use the backyard, but it looks like a nice place to just sit and watch the water.

Stayed Jul 4, 2024My family and I had a great time at this property. We were able to take our boat and access the ocean so we were very pleased with that. We had one small issue while we were there, but the Patrick responded to us very quickly and we were all good!!! Very close to downtown New Port Richey and there are some really cool bars and restaurants. If you do take a boat, the river gets pretty shallow during low tide and if you have a T-top the 1st bridge headed out to the ocean is low so high tide can get you. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely stay again.
