- Quiet hours: We live in residential neighborhoods, and it's SUPER important to us that you're respectful of our neighbors. Therefore, we ask guests to please observe outdoor quiet hours between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am.

    If your looking for a nice peaceful place to stay in Cape Cod this is your spot. First this house is ABSOLUTLEY incredible. Located on the water with inlet for boats. The home is fully stocked with all your needs. It's location is perfect for getting to where you need to go. Beaches are very close by and town is as well for all shopping needs. Restaurant's are all around you with a variety of choices. The home is IMMACULATE!!!!! the first floor has big living room area with kitchen that is amazing. Sliding glass doors give you access to the peaceful backyard which has plenty of seating plus big table and chairs for outdoor dining as well as solo stove type fire pit. The second floor has big windows that allow you to continue to enjoy your views. There is a deck over the garage here as well. Two bedrooms found here with AMAZING private bathrooms for each room. Third floor has two more bedrooms with private bath as well. The owners of the property are the nicest people you will meet. So very easy to communicate with and extremely responsive to any questions you might have. They suggested a beach called Craigsville beach which was perfect. Nice sandy beach with showers and changing areas as well as food. Parking lot is very big and water is clean and sandy bottom We had been vacationing in the area for a few years but needed a bigger house as our family grew and so happy we found this. I can go on and on but you need to experience this for yourself and I hope you do.

    Really awesome spot. Great views, on the lake very clean property. Easy to access. Close to awesome door dash options in downtown. Martha’s brewery across the street for food and beer. Easy drive to the ferry. Perfect for big groups.
