Waterfront Rental with Private Pool

The home itself is great! The house is perfect size and bedroom were much larger than I thought they would be! The pool was so nice to relax in and the channel was super quiet - I could not have asked for a more peaceful trip!

Very nice property with fantastic location for our plans. The only setbacks bed were not made(sheets were on beds but some were folded up on beds) The that appeared to be made sheets were not tucked in. I know this is minor. There were also clothes lying on the floor in closet. The backyard was fantastic but it could use a little shade. Overall we had a fantastic time and found the property to be exactly what we were looking for.

Very Nice , Clean , everything was just like advertised. Perfect family weekend, would definitely recommend to anyone that looking for a place to stay.

Cozy home for 4 of us on a girls weekend. Host was responsive and provided helpful information. (Thank you, Brooke!) Check-in and check-out process was easy. House had plenty of towels and linens. Kitchen stocked with necessary kitchen appliances. Pool was also clean and well maintained. Perfect patio for sunrise yoga. Great canal location for calm water standup paddleboarding. Easy access to continue paddling into the open bay waters for something more adventurous with breathtaking early morning views. Restaurants and shops nearby. Would stay here again!

The owner did not advise us about any additional fees that would be charged for additional guests until the day prior to check in. It wasn't listed in the description for booking, and I felt it should've been disclosed when completing our reservation. There were several rules regarding cleanliness, however when we got there the house was dirty from the last guests. Dirty dishes, bed sheets, bbq pit, towels were left in the dryer, bathroom door handles were broken, freezer shelves broken and dirty. We had to personally clean all of it just for us to stay there and use the appliances. Why charge a cleaning fee if the guest are the ones who have to clean upon arrival? The fishing dock was nice, but I don't feel it was worth the price we paid, nor the hassle we went through. I was very disappointed with our stay and we will NOT be returning.

The house was clean and kid-friendly. The private pool was a great size for 4 kids and 4 adults to move about comfortably. The dock was wide and long enough for several people to fish from without getting tangled up in others’ lines. The furnished kitchen made cooking meals easy in that we only had to bring in groceries. All kitchen necessities were available to use. The rules and requests of the house were simple to follow. We will definitely look into staying here in the future.

The pool was not clean so we were unable to swim during our stay. Very disappointed. The house and location was great.

We enjoyed our stay, husband loved access to fishing. Pool was nice and clean and most of all loved the peace and quiet of the area. House was very cozy and clean. We would definitely stay again.

This home is so perfect! My husband fished everyday. Easy access to the intracoastal. We loved the patio and dock. The home is very comfortable and clean. Easy check in and the owner was very communicable and quick to respond! Thanks for a wonderful home and allowing us to occupy your home for our family vacation.
