Everything was amazingly clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed

The house is well-equipped and beautiful, with a great view. It fit 6 couples in our multi-generational family well for a festive holiday, and even had an office for two people who had to work.

We had a wonderful time getting a group of old friends together. We were in tow for a wedding and we were 5 married couples. The weather was perfect all weekend so we enjoyed the hot, pool, and backyard. Everything was as advertised. The property owner was incredibly responsive and helpful. Don’t think twice, book this place if your are spending time in or around Sag Harbor.

Right off the bat, the host was extremely kind and accessible. We had a great communicative experience.First of all, the house is stunning. The backyard is a hangout paradise with a hot tub and heated poor with beautiful water views, with paddle boards and kayaks to use and its own bocce court. The outside and inside also has a fully integrated sound system that was really easy to hook up to Bluetooth. Also, there are heaters outside near the dining room table. The rooms were also nice and spacious and clean. These things made our experience much better!Overall, our stay was really great. We had a wonderful girls weekend and I’m very happy with the house and would stay again!

Property was conveniently located near Sag Harbor, and is clearly well kept and loved by the owner. Nice common spaces, beautiful backyard, and right on the water where we enjoyed watching the sunset every night. Owner was very responsive to questions via text message.

We've rented a house in Hamptons every year and this is one of the best. The property is well maintained, clean and updated. Plenty of room for all ages. Great location. Very nice sunset views. TV's all around, including by the pool, which was great. Jon, the owner, is very responsive and easy to deal with. Highly recommend.

Relaxing vacation with friends. The location of this house was perfect. Close to everything. After shopping and sight seeing, came back to a beautiful, heated pool and outstanding hot tub! Quick, easy communication with host! Tons of suggestions for lunch/dinner also! Loved this place!

We had a wonderful time here as 11 adults and 4 children. The house fit us all comfortably. We loved the setting, right on the water, and found everything we needed! I'd highly recommend.
