Sleeps upto 10 guests with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a finished basement, high ceilings, central air, deck, garage, pool house and a heated Gunite's pool and spa on .66 acres. Directly across the street, which ends at a cul-de-sac, is access to the Peconic River. The property is part of North Haven Manor, originally the estate of Nathaniel Hawthorne's son Julian. All of the houses, including this one on Mashomuck, have been renovated or totally rebuilt during the last two decades. Two residents-only beaches are available offering bathing and mooring rights. It's a terrific spot for an evening of clamming or crabbing. Sunrises and sunsets are never lovelier here in this small peninsula village surrounded by Shelter Island Sound and Sag Harbor Cove. Right across the bridge, downtown Sag Harbor features shops, restaurants, music, theater, and more along its historic main street. If you have not yet had the pleasure of visiting peaceful, scenic North Haven, now is the time. Beware, though: you may not be able to leave.

We had a great experience staying in the Hamptons! The house was beautiful, clean, and spacious — perfect for a relaxing getaway. The highlight was definitely the huge pool — crystal clear, well-maintained, and perfect for both lounging and swimming all day. The outdoor space felt like a private oasis. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and upscale retreat in the Hamptons!
