Sag Harbor Sleeps 12 ……5 min drive to town.

The owner was terrific from the start—very communicative, responsive, and thoughtful. The house was perfect for our group of seven adult-inviting decor, great kitchen, and plenty of seating areas for dinners, games, and movie night. It’s well appointed, with a lovely outdoor setting, BBQ, and all the supplies and dinner service you could possibly need. The pool is great, and the location is close to beaches, Sag Harbor, East Hampton, and vineyards. Thank you J!

Beautiful home, great host. Very clean

Our family went to the Hamptons for a week vacation. We loved our stay. The house was very stylish, clean, updated, comfortable. Pool and landscape A, kitchen and supplies/ equipment A. Very private and quiet. The communication with the owner/ property manager was excellent and quick to respond. It was a little too far to easily walk to town but otherwise a wonderful house and highly recommend!

John was a fantastic host, very responsive and accommodating. We love the property. The interior design is very tasteful.

You can’t beat the Hamptons in the summer! This great house is really well appointed and the new primary bathroom has a lovely indoor/outdoor feel with a picturesque window which frames the backyard trees. Heated floors elevate the space. Not precious or fancy but still stylish, the house has everything a family needs for a relaxing and fun vacation. The tranquil and sunny backyard makes it hard to leave. Tree trimmers were there one morning but John was quick to reschedule them - even coming over to make sure the situation was addressed. The house is in an inland neighborhood about 2 miles from Sag with some lovely houses and some that could use some TCL. We walked or rode the provided bikes to town every day, saving the car for trips to the beach (using their fantastic beach chairs) or to other areas of the Hamptons. Check in and check out were easy and John is an A host - super responsive and accommodating. Thanks John!

Awesome rental property, worth every penny! Great location, short drives to downtown Sag Harbor & East Hampton, South Fork wineries, etc.Plenty of common area space indoors & outside for our group to spread out. The MBR suite and basement apartment are highlights!House is located at the end of a cul-de-sac so very quiet plus tall trees providing tons of privacy in the backyard. The heated pool and deck furniture got plenty of use! The host communicated very well w/me & the house was well stocked w/supplies. Would rent this place again in a heartbeat!

The house was absolutely incredible! The pictures did not do it justice! The house was super clean and neat. The check in process was seamless. John even greeted us and we assured him we’d take proper care of his beautiful home! We can’t wait to come back again.

We stayed at this beautifully decorated and well appointed home for a family wedding. There was plenty of room for our group of 10. The home was spotless and so pretty. A perfect home for gathering together. John was very informative, providing very useful information about the home and things to do in the nearby towns. The location was perfect as well. I would definitely stay here again!

This home is not only gorgeous, but includes everything a guest could need during their stay! Would definitely come back.

My family and I stayed here for the last 10 days of summer and could not have had a better experience. The house was immaculate and well organized, the host had incredible proactive and real-time communication, and the home’s flow and aesthetic really elevated our stay. Also, the location was prime/central allowing us to easily visit Sag’s shops, the beach, etc. My toddler didn’t want to leave - we can’t wait to visit again.

This house is perfect for a long getaway. The kitchen has everything and we enjoyed making family dinners together. We were impressed by how well equipped and organized the house was, even the outside kitchen which is just off the pool so we could keep an eye on the kids while cooking. The yard is beautiful. The lawn is super lush and the hydrangeas are gigantic. The big sectional was a big hit for us…..we napped out there or in the hammock. Another big hit is the outdoor shower. We used the outdoor fire pit on the cool nights. All the vintage furniture inside is well appointed alongside new high end furnishings like the giant living room sectional. Lastly , the bedrooms are all tastefully done. Highly recommend this house for a lengthy stay. John was readily available for any questions and helpful with any guidance for store, beach , or restaurant info. We are already planning next year !! Thank you John !!
