Waterfront paradise with private pool, dock, poolside TV & multi-TV game room

This house was filthy, it gave you the look of clean but when you pulled back the layers the truth was revealed. Pulled back top covers sheets not clean, sand in one bed, body fluids on the sheets on another bed and the trundle bed top sheet was dirty and dingy I washed it in the washer and it was crisp and white, the trundle mattress had no sheet on it just a mattress cover with piss stains on it. Please pull off your sheets first because if you don’t you will be sleeping in someone else’s filth.The following morning we pulled out pots to cook the pots still have the food in them that the person before us cooked, the bowels plates still have leftover food from previous residents. The purchased a new set of pots for us to cook, however we shouldn’t have entered this type of house in such bad condition.They sent two people over the next evening to clean the house and change the sheets, we didn’t stand over them, guess what when you leave you are required to remove the sheets why some of the mattress covers had piss stains from the previous resident after they had cleaned twice according to their standards.If you want to stay here bring your own bed covers because the cleaning crew is negligent.Also the rug in the downstairs bedroom is filthy, the bench below the bed was filthy with dirt and crumbs from other residents and the headboard rim was covered with dirt.The sofa is so nasty I wouldn’t put my dog on it it’s a light color so all the dirt and stains are visible

The layout and size accommodated our group size. However, there were a lot of little amenities that did not function as you would expect for the price you pay to rent this property. The outdoor TV had a damaged power cord and the remote would not pair. Help was requested but no one ever showed up to fix or help resolve the issue. We ended up using a power cord and remote from one of the upstairs TVs to make it work. The outdoor refrigerator does not work. The pool was not clean and for the 4 days we were there, we never saw anyone come to clean the pool. Several bathroom doors do not lock and several of the exhaust fans in the bathrooms do not work. We did enjoy the space and garage/game room area to store larger items and fishing equipment. There is also plenty of counter space and seating for large groups. The amenities are great, but only when they work properly.

This property looked exactly like the pictures. Walking path around whole property is great and house facilities are nice.

It's a nice house. For us the private pool is a big plus.

Situated on a canal overlooking nature, our stay at 125 Reserve, was a treat and a peaceful retreat for our family. The grandkids enjoyed the pool for hours on end and were very excited to see numerous deer across the canal. The property was so well designed and appointed and exactly as described. The beds were very comfortable and the furnishings and art were lovely. The garage “game room” was a great idea and offered some lively ping pong matches. The corn hole competition was intense as well. The property was most welcoming and homey. The outdoor areas around the pool were the perfect places for enjoying a cuppa in the morning, meals, or the fire pit in the evening. We also enjoyed the puzzles and games provided. Off the property, we enjoyed walking the boardwalk around the Reserve and the kayaking. We saw a dolphin swimming around us as we kayaked. It was a wonderful retreat and very relaxing. It was quiet and peaceful. We hope to return…

We had a great stay. Overall the place is really nice however there were safety issues. Need more handrails on outside stairs The tile outside was a fall waiting to happen. Having to leave pool cleaner in pool at all times made swimming harder trying to stay away from hose that stretched across pool.

Beautiful home with very comfortable furnishings. The game room in the garage made for a lot of added fun. The only issue we had was the home smelled of smoke upon arrival, would recommend checking to make sure it’s smoke free if that’s important to you.

This is our third visit to this house and we love it more every time!!! It's spacious, comfortable and has more amenities than we can ever use. The kitchen is well stocked, the linens are pristine and plentiful. The cherry on the top is the fabulous cherry on top is all the outdoor spaces. We love the pool, the patios and the evening view from the upstairs balcony is the BEST. We typically enjoy the house so much that we don't take advantage of the community amenities - but they are lovely as well. This has become our vacation spot!

The house was wonderful.

The property is very nice - bedrooms are spacious and comfortable for 3 families to comfortably fit. Garage game room was a super bonus, and the back patio plunge pool and view were amazing. We love coming to this community and enjoying the scenery and tranquility. Will definitely rent this property again.

Beautiful spacious home. Very clean and lots of room for everyone in our group. We came in May and pool water was cold, but that didn't stop the kids. Would love to come back again.

This is the best vacation home ever. There are so many amenities that you never have to leave - it's its own vacation. The kitchen is superbly stocked, they are super generous with towels, pillows and beach towels. The outdoor space is so well done and generously appointed that you will enjoy it early in the morning, all day long and into the evening. We loved it so much we've reserved it for another vacation in August. Don't pass this up!
