Waterfront oasis 4 bdr house in Old Saybrook direct waterfront amazing sunsets

We had an amazing stay at Waterfront Oasis. It was a girl’s weekend ( 83 yo mom, sister, and daughter.) I was looking for a place with minimal stairs for my mom and this place worked great. We each had our own bedroom and the beds were very comfortable. The view outside the master bedroom is fantastic. My 19 yo daughter loved the water pressure in the shower! While we were there, we enjoyed seeing a show at the Goodspeed theatre (about 20 minutes away), rode the steam train in Essex, walked around Main Street in Essex and Old Saybrook, and took a drive to walk around Mystic. The house was very clean and well-equipped. It is worth planning your day so that you are able to enjoy the sunset on the back patio.

We enjoyed two beautiful days at this home while we explored the Connecticut coast. We had the best weather and our kids loved looking at the shells and crabs right out the back door. We played a board game one evening and the table banquette area was perfect for the 6 of us. This home has a nice location for wandering down to the nearby public beaches as well.

This was THE best beach house I've ever rented. I arrived pinching myself for having the luck to stay here. The views were exactly as shown in the pictures. The house was immaculate. Every possible need had been taken into consideration.A few weeks prior to my stay, the hosts sent me a lovely list of possible restaurants and activities I might want to see while in Old Saybrook. That was very considerate and added to my excitement to stay.The decor was everything I would have chosen myself. This was quite literally my dream home. :) There were no issues whatsoever during my stay. The neighborhood is beautiful and well kept. There are beaches within walking distance and plenty to do right at the property!I would rent this property again without a doubt. I was so grateful to be able to stay here. We made memories to last a lifetime, but I sure hope to visit again!

Exactly as described and expected! Perfect amount of space for our family group of 6. Conveniently located to restaurants, grocery store, coffee shop and gas stations. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets!

Enjoyed our stay. House was clean and comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. Lovely location and ocean view.

we are 5 college roommates who spend one week a year together for 30 years! this was the best location to enjoy the ocean breeze on the deck of a house that had everything we could think of. Everything was perfect! all we had to do is have fun and relax. Thank you for providing the most amazing backdrop for our wonderful weekend.
