The home spans three levels and includes stairs. Children require constant adult supervision near the waterfront, hot tub, sauna and fire pit. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–9:00 AM. Parties, events, smoking and vaping are not permitted. A Ring doorbell at the front entry and a Ring floodlight above the garage face only the entry and driveway; there are no indoor cameras and none face the backyard or water.
