The property was beautiful inside and out! The house and grounds were well maintained and it was very spacious. The hot tub and grill were great amenities. Having the fresh farm eggs they left for breakfast was a welcome surprise and much appreciated.

I brought my mom to this amazing home for a late surprise Mother’s Day weekend. She was excited and well impressed with the house, the grounds (being able to see and pet the horses), and her favorite… the hot tub. On the way home she was raving to anyone that would listen how magical the house was. Thank you for allowing me to give back to my mom as she’s always given me so much. We will definitely return in the future!

Be aware of this owner, I was visiting this property with my two kids, and we did not know how to remove the jacuzzi cover since there were no instructions on it, so I moved the heavy cover to the side, and kept it there for a few hours thinking we will use it again in the evening, I come back in the evening to the cover being put back on the rack and closed the jacuzzi, so note that the owner went snooping around while we were away which I thought was very creepy but let it go, and understood that they want the cover left on this rack that looked like it’s just to hold the cover shut, so I kept the cover on the jacuzzi and moved on made sure everything was clean before we left, a few days later I get an email that the owner is claiming the insurance that I broke the cover for a whopping 1000. Mind you this is a total scam the cover is not broken it was shut sealed and definitely not broken. Such scammers what a shame.

This place is adorable! While it's a little drive to most tourist attractions, the quiet country setting is ideal. Fresh eggs in the fridge was a sweet surprise! If I had any issue at all, the beds were a bit hard for my personal preference. But, that's just me.All in all, a great place to stay!

I loved this place. It was quiet, secluded, and very clean. It had every basic necessity I could think of. The host was friendly and easily reached. The hot tub was a wonderful addition to our trip. My son also loved meeting a delightful puppy, and both my children greatly enjoyed seeing the horses and other animals. I hope to return! This place is a piece of heaven.

Everything was super clean neat the kitchen had everything you could possibly need though we didn't really use the kitchen. Plenty of towels and there were even towels specifically for the hot tub. It was nice to sit under the stars and listen to Nature while soaking in the hot tub. Super close to restaurants, shopping, hwy and groceries.

The house was very charming, the scenery was excellent, and it has everything you will need for a stay. Expect some owner visits to make sure you have everything you need. They have some beautiful animals and a wonderful place, they want to make sure the tenants have everything. We accidentally left clothes in the dryer and the owner shipped them to us. We will definitely be back and be sure to not leave anything. This is a great place to be in this world.

My wife and I stayed at the Horse Farm Cottage for three weeks so we became very familiar with the house, the grounds and the owner. In summary, we were VERY PLEASED and would stay here again with no hesitation. The owner has devoted a lot of time to the comfort of the guests as the beds were very comfortable, with many pillow choices, plenty of soft towels, books and local information brochures. The kitchen was well stocked; not once did we say, “they don’t have one of these kitchen items.” The location is very quiet at night ensuring a good sleep. We enjoyed looking out the kitchen and dining room windows throughout the day and seeing the numerous horses grazing and moving around the pasture or an occasional deer eating along the wood line in the late evening. We spent a lot of time on the front covered porch, the side screen covered porch or the open sitting area behind that porch where the hot tub is located. It’s a 10 minute ride to two different Ingles, the Western North Carolina Botanical Gardens, many stores and the movie theater. Asheville, Brevard and Hendersonville are easily accessible as we visited each location several times. For us, location was excellentWe were very pleased with the accommodations and would easily recommend this guest house to our friends. Terri – Thank you for providing us such an enjoyable home during our stay. We enjoyed it !

What a beautiful cottage, felt just like home from the moment we walked in the door. Pretty fresh flowers greeted us on the kitchen table. 2 very large size bedrooms & baths...perfectly sized for our stay it was myself, my fiancée & his parents. If you love quiet & tranquil space THIS is the place!! No hustle of a busy hotel...Loved looking out the window at the horses, unfortunately it rained most of the weekend so we couldn't experience too much outdoors BUT definitely plan on a Summer weekend trip & will book here again! Five stars!!

Dear Terri,Thank you so much for a truly wonderful stay at your charming cottage! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. Your cozy kitchen was the heart of our days, and we loved preparing hot meals together as a family. The fireplace added a magical touch, making our evenings warm and inviting. Our daughter had such a delightful time with the horses! She was over the moon to spend time with them, and it made our visit even more special. We feel so grateful for your warm hospitality and how responsive you were to all our needs. You really went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. As a small thank you, my daughter decided to bake some ricotta cookies for you. We hope you enjoyed them as much as we loved making them! The reindeer cookies were delicious. This stay has brought us so much happiness, and we will cherish the memories we've created here. We visit Asheville every year at some point. This has been our favorite place to stay. We decided we will only stay here in our future visits. It is so quiet and peaceful. If you are looking for a place to relax this is the place. There was not a thing my husband or I could say needs to be improved or that we wish they had. The hosts are extremely thoughtful with their starter kit for coffee and fresh farm eggs. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. We were able to see the horses, fawn and a doe. Go for a walk around the pond. We just Love this place!
