Waterfront Lakehouse-Peaceful Incredible Views. 6 bd/5 BR private side Lake Anna

Our family of 10 had a wonderful time! The house is very roomy, but also cozy plenty of room for family games, but also places inside and on patio for small group conversations or quiet reading. The house was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped; there are several wine fridges and 3 regular sized refrigerators. The check in process was straight forward and Matt was very responsive when we had a few questions. This house really met our needs on every level.

My family had a fabulous week at this wonderful house. It is everything you see in the pictures and more. From the pool to the dark everything was meticulous and a source of great fun. Matt the host was exceptional.One of our very best vacations.

We had a Great stay other than some mice in the house that I’m sure Matt our Host will take care of! Beautiful place with lots of things to do to keep the kids busy and Adults. Very peaceful setting! The lake was very warm, I think you could swim in it in December and it would feel great. Everything you needed was basically provided which was really nice!

This property is beautiful. From the Beach area by the SUP and kayaks - perfect for lil tikes, school age and high schoolers, to the boat house equipped with life vests, splash pad and a separate kitchen, to the truly amazing pool, our week was sensational! Thanks to Matt for also being great at communicating and answering our questions during our stay. Kudos!

The house and property were beautiful and well maintained. Communication with property owner was quick and thorough. So many wonderful things to do especially with the splash doc, swimming pool, hot tub, fire pit and boat house. The kitchen was gorgeous and large to fit all of our group. Loved this trip to Lake Anna.

We had a wonderful family vacation at Matt’s house at Lake Anna. The house looks exactly like the pictures had shown. The house is spacious, cozy and comfortable. The house really offers a stunning view from both the living room and kitchen. Kitchen is well-Equipped, newly upgraded. The coffee machine and coffee supplies are excellent additions. Kitchen with lots of cabinets, lightened up granite countertop, plenty of dining and cooking supplies. Huge dining table for entire two big families. There is a game room connected with the kitchen, pool table and several board games, variety collection of books and films for different age groups. The spacious living area, cozy bedrooms. Two sets of bunk beds are perfect to hold all the kids. There are bathrooms on each level in every bedroom. convenient, and offers privacy. Each room was equipped with small bottles of shampoo, body wash, conditioner, and lotions. The communication between the host Matt was very smooth, pleasant and very fast respond. The host was very kind and generous. And host allowed our request of checking out late than planned time, to give our kids more time to kayak and pack. Matt is a great and very responsible host. Fishing suppliers, kayaks, safety vests are available for lake activities and fun. Great outdoor sittings for both ground level yard and deck. There were plenty of fire starters, grill facilities, hot tub ready to use. Will definitely recommend to any friends travelling with large families.

Beautiful with many recent renovations. Great pool & spa. Enjoyed lake and canoeing. Outdoor kitchen & grill needed a little cleanup.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this spacious and comfortable property. The panoramic lake view was breathtaking, arguably one of the best we've ever seen. The kids had a blast swimming in the warm lake with the sandy beach and using all the kayaks. The kitchen looked incredible and was well stocked. The outdoor kitchen and boathouse kitchenette were well stocked also. The owner was exceptional and responsive, ensuring we had a great experience. The country store 200 yards from the house was incredibly convenient for fried chicken and beer runs. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and highly recommend this property. We're excited to return!
