Waterfront Lake Koshkonong Retreat - 5BR with Fire Pit, Pier & Social Garage

Fantastic time celebrating the Thanksgiving holiday. Tons to do in the house, the garage game room and outside…even when it’s chilly. We enjoyed the beautiful view of the lake. This is an older house that has been wonderfully remodeled but we did struggle a bit to regulate the temperature between the upstairs and downstairs. We did anticipate that since it is November in Wisconsin…just pack accordingly. The owners were incredibly responsive and easy to work with. Overall we highly recommend staying here and we hope to go back again soon.

This house was perfect for our family get together! So many comfortable beds. The garage was a major bonus. Despite the cold weather the space heater worked great! Thanks for sharing this beautiful home with us.

We loved this place! It was perfect for a large group for a family wedding. They had everything we needed, view is beautiful and location is great. Would definitely book again for a large group. Cortney was very responsive as well!

This property was just as advertised. It was super clean and so nicely decorated. We had a fire in the awesome fire pit area every night. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need for cooking. The beds were all comfy. The garage was fun and a great place to hang out. Our host was very communicative. She even left a goody basket to welcome us to her home.

The big red was very comfortable and well stocked. Cortney has it beautifully decorated and the welcome basket was much appreciated. We spent a lot of time in the social garage, watching the Brewer games, playing darts, foos ball and cards. It’s a great setup. We’re talking about when we can come back. Thank you Cortney.

The Big Red House on the Kosh was absolutely amazing for our group! The house is cozy and very well maintained. Plenty of rooms and activities to do at the house for kids. The finished garage with games and couches was a huge plus for our group. The lake access is great and the park/grass area across the street was a great for kids to run around at. Highly recommend going to Lake House Inn for food and drinks. It’s a close walk to this house and the food was amazing. This place has everything for family with kids!

My family and I had such a fun weekend, we even ended up extending our stay an extra night because we didn’t want to leave! The house was very clean and equipped with everything you will need. The garage was the perfect place for hanging out and playing games. We had a great time swimming in the lake and visiting the sandbar! Overall, we definitely recommend and would love to visit again in the future.

We loved the dock and lake front park area. The game room garage was a huge hit with my kids and grandkids, and the fire pit for making s’mores! Highly recommend staying here!

My family had a wonderful stay at Cortney's place. She was very welcoming and responsive. The house was pristine, and had many extra and thoughtful touches. Plenty of room for all nine of us to relax and sleep well, to have quiet time and easy spaces to gather with each other. The house is charming and the location close to town and activities. The lake was fun, and we spent many hours swimming and on our paddle board and kayaks from Drift Away Paddle, as recommended by Cortney.

We had such a great weekend getaway at this cabin on Lake Kenosonog! A group of friends and I were looking to escape the city for a few days, and this place was exactly what we needed. The house was clean, and had everything we needed for the stay. Especially loved all the games in the social garage. We spent our days swimming in the lake and our evenings around the bonfire. It was the perfect mix of peaceful and fun. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a low-key lake weekend with friends!
