Waterfront Kingsland Home with Pool + River Access

Our stay was great! The pool was clean the house was clean and the river access, was so great to have and enjoy! The Sun Room was our favorite! We played games that she provided and also really enjoyed the kitchen and grill! Of course the hot tub! Great host, excellent communication. We had expressed that the hot tub didn’t want to turn on and she had it handled immediately!

We had an amazing time at this property! My kids are 5 and 8 and they had an absolute blast. The house was very clean. It had everything we needed and more. The pool was amazing and the river view was beautiful. The host responded quickly and was helpful with everything we needed. We will definitely be booking this house again!

Great Stay. We had a accident w/a dining room chair but, it worked out. We left a first aid kit for the next guest if needed.There was a stray dog that hung around but, did not have a tag on.We noticed the recycling as we left out by the road. We took all of our recyclables home with us.It was a great stay and look forward to booking again

The house and property were prettier than the photos. Sharon was great, and kept in communication with me about something that could have been a problem, but was handled and did not become a problem. Also when my navigator shut down, she talked me the rest of the way to the property!

Great house with awesome views. Very clean. Communication with the host was amazing.

Sharon’s house was the perfect setting for my family of four’s Spring Break. We had a week of outdoor relaxation: fishing, swimming, pool time, etc. There is also plenty of space in the well-stocked house for a group of 4-6 to be comfortable and the sun room is a huge plus. Sharon was an attentive host and made sure our stay was a positive experience. High marks all around from my family!

We arrived early for our check-in which was accomodated easily and we were grateful for that. The house was nice and well kept but the pool was green and unusable. The owner let us know that it would be serviced the next day so we wouldn't be able to swim for two out of our 3 days there. We chose this place because of the pool so this was very unfortunate. I asked if there was a way to discount our stay since the pool wasn't usable but the owner told us she would refund our stay in total. We were stuck trying to find a new place for our group. Fortunately, we found a place down the street that was available and worked for us.

Exactly as advertised, great house!

This home was perfect for our family! We brought seven of our grandchildren for a week of cousin camp. This was our second summer staying in Sharon’s beautiful home. Our grandsons fished directly behind the house and caught catfish, perch, and bass. All of our grands loved the pool and hot tub. This home easily sleeps 10, with room to spare. The extra large dining table was perfect for all of our crafts and games. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you might need. The entire property is extremely clean and well maintained. Sharon is a gracious hostess and always quick to respond to any questions. We will definitely return for another week of MikeyMimi camp.

House was very clean, plenty of room, and great views. Pool was wonderful! Great location, close to HEB, & house was nicely stocked and plenty of bath/kitchen towels. Great communication with host throughout stay. Definitely would stay again.
