Don't spend your precious vacation time in the cold and snow - fly south for the winter and soak in the rays in sunny Florida! This Naples vacation home with a private pool and lake views is the perfect place to take it easy while you decompress from the daily grind. This home is in the quiet, gated community of Briarwood. There are several excellent golf courses nearby, and Naples Beach is a short distance to the west. If you're making a trip to the Everglades, they're just a few miles south! High ceilings and plenty of natural light make the living areas feel bright and cheery. Watch some cable or a rented DVD, or log onto the WiFi to return emails. If you're feeling peckish, head to the full kitchen to whip up a snack.
Start your day off right with some freshly brewed coffee as you fry up some eggs and bacon to fortify you for the day's adventures. Have a sit-down meal and discuss what you're planning to do, then slide the dishes into the dishwasher and head out for some fun. Read a book in a lounge chair while the kids splash around and play tag, or hop in with them and see if you can beat an opposing team at a game of Chicken. In the evening, fix yourself a cocktail and soak up the gorgeous views as the sun sets beyond the lake. Groups of six will love their stay in this family-friendly house. A king primary suite has an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, while the other two bedrooms have a queen and two twins, respectively. It's easy to find time to shower with two full bathrooms, and a private washer and dryer keep up your supply of clean towels. Spend time burying each other in sand or building castles, hunt for seashells, or watch dolphins and manatees swim. Groups with young children will love a visit to the interactive Golisano Children's Museum - so much, in fact, that you may find yourselves returning over and over.
If you've never seen a cypress swamp before, make sure to visit Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary. With a boardwalk to keep your feet dry, you can focus on watching out for wildlife like snakes, armadillos, alligators, and turtles. If you want to actually get to feed the gators, you can - just head to the Naples Zoo.
Make the next family trip something everyone can get excited about!

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely villa it had everything we needed including very comfortable furniture in the living area and a beautiful view of the lake. We are hoping to stay here again next year.
The property location and house are lovely but I would advise against booking this holiday let as Vacasa, the managment company are awful. We had an issue with access on arrival. Phoned 3 times, each time being given a different code, none of which worked. We sent multiple emails and got stock responses. After 10 days we got a call back. The company’s waste contractor also damaged our hire car and drove off. We immediately reported and Vacasa refused to give us insurance details. Again we were promised a call back and one never came. We are home and they are ignoring messages and contact as we still need the information to pass on to the rental car company.
The house has everything needed and is located in a beautiful community
Nice Clean true to advertisment.
Great Location, everything you would possibly need was provided. Lovely homely feel and great swimming pool.
Beautiful neighborhood and a well built house that our family enjoyed for 3 weeks. Fishing gear, beach toys, and even golf clubs in the garage had us set up for as much fun as we could handle! Very nice open home with very high ceilings and a lovely layout, lanai access from kitchen and master, etc. Clean nice bed linens, and a beautiful new-looking bedroom set in the master. Could have used some more beach towels for the # of people that are supposed to accommodate, and some were tattered. At times it felt like a rental with dull kitchen knives or older/damaged cookware. One roll of paper towels was provided for a 3 bedroom home for 3 weeks, and no broom. Some mold/mildew in the bathrooms that could probably be deep-cleaned away pretty easily. These little things left a weird taste in our mouth from an otherwise very nice house. Interacting with management was a bit odd. We requested a broom via VRBO, which sends our message to a helpdesk in Oregon where Vacasa is headquartered. But there's some kind of disconnect there. After a week of a generic reply we got in touch with the local manager Christine who stopped by the same day to drop one off. She was very sweet and it was nice chatting with her. Pool was great and in January were glad we opted for the heat. Heated up and held heat nicely.
Loved the house - clean & comfy. Disappointed in the heating of the pool. It was not consistently warm. Maybe it's on a timer? It was warm in the afternoons, but all other times were not dependable.
Nicely decorated, comfortable and convenient to downtown Naples.. The lake view and pool were beautiful, I didn’t want to leave. Internet spotty.
This home has a view of Naples airport, which is interesting and not very noisy. The planes were actually fun to watch.. The view from pool area is of very well kept homes with nice landscaping. The sunsets over a little lake behind the home and lots of Florida birds visit the area.. We would return. The area is well gated and and very well cared for. A Very nice neighborhood.
Very clean cozy house equipped with everything you need. Amazing view from the pool area. Our family of 4 enjoyed it for spring break. 12 min drive to the beautiful Lowdermilk beach. We’ll come back for sure.
