Waterfront Home w/ Private Dock, Outdoor Shower & Home Office - Dog-Friendly

The house seemed a bit bigger in the ad, but it was very nice. We enjoyed being on the canal and it was walking distance to simple shopping, ice cream and coffee.

This is a hidden gem, we had two families come together for New Years week and create someGreat memories. This house has several great restaurants within walking distance. Fish Tales at the top of the street is excellent seafood. Highly recommended. Will definitely book again in the future.

We stay 7 nights house has pretty much all you need but you have to stock paper towel amd tissues if you plan to stay longer than couple days also condimens if you gonna cook . Overall we love spaces with 4 bed and extra sofa bed . We catch a lot of snappers from the deck . We will defintely come back !

I loved how clean the property was, the management company wasn’t too communicative (taking over 2 weeks to respond!) but we really enjoyed our stay…the kitchen could use some other things other then the very, very basic essentials, but no biggie!

Perfect for a angler looking to both access to the gulf and Atlantic as the canal leads to both , rented boat for a few days and it worked out well , there is a tackle shop and gas dock right up the river , beware of the coral reef outside of the dock it could def be a hazard for boaters with little experience and would result in costly repairs, the location of the house is nice but the neighborhood is small if you wanted to go for a walk about and surrounded by highway , however there is a nice coffee shop 2 min walk , the house is nice and roomy and the lay out works well for a family with kids as the master is on one end and the other bedrooms are on the other , there was comment in the add about a underwater light to attract fish but we found this untrue , over all very nice place

Very spacious and great location. The neighbor to the right is not friendly and acts like you being there is a problem, but ultimately they have nothing to do with us and just kind of watch from their yard. Whatever you do, do not park in their area. The only suggestion I would give is to have a visible tape or something showing the different elevations on the back patio area. We had a couple little accidents falling or tripping. Overall great property and very easy to access and enjoy.

Great place and reasonable. If bringing a boat you will need to beware of currents and sand bar at Vica Cut.
