Waterfront Home w/ Boat Dock & Slip in Old Town!

The kitchen was stocked with great cooking equipment! The dock was great for fishing and the hot tub enjoyed inns cold night!

Truly wonderful property. Beautiful home, stunning views. Super clean, very quiet, and comfortable. Being able to keep our boat in the covered boat slip made enjoying the river so much easier and enjoyable. Looking forward to pur next stay!

This property was lovely! My family of four stayed three nights. Each day we went to various state parks within 1 hour of this home. The natural springs were wonderful during the day, and at night, we relaxed at this quiet retreat in the hot tub and on the boat dock. We watched the sturgeon jump in the river and boats pass by. My son fished off the dock. We would highly recommend this property. There is also a grocery store not far away and a few restaurants near by.

I can’t say enough good things about this vacation rental! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with every amenity we could have possibly needed. The kitchen had all the essentials for cooking, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the outdoor space was perfect for relaxing.

We rented the home to stay in while we are working in the area, the home is beyond what we asked for… well equipped with all necessities, super comfy and clean and the host was very accessible and friendly. Would def rent from these host again.

This was the perfect house for our family to stay at for a week. We truly enjoyed our stay and would use book this property again on our next visit to the area.

What a wonderful place to relax! We enjoyed every minute. Deck over water, hot tube, fireplace in the living room, great kitchen and comfortable bedroom: everything was just perfect. We will come again!

The property is beautiful, right on the river with a spacious dock and a nice large deck. Both good for sunbathing, watching the river flow by, visiting with friends and family. We visited the manatees at Manatee Springs and enjoyed watching the deer at Fanning Sprigs. We had a great meal at Treasure Camp, just west of Chiefland. Everything was Old Florida deliscious - especially the potato salad, crab bisque and oysters.

My family and I were in town to run a 1/2 marathon at the springs. The house was a perfect place to relax after the run. It was a quick trip but we loved every second of it. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

One of the top VRBO homes we have ever stayed at! Immaculately clean- beautiful decor and amazing river location and dock! We wish we could have stayed way longer- we will be back for sure!!!!

The pictures don't do this place justice. You have to see it to believe it. It was a very quiet and peaceful place to stay. The house was perfect in every way. Everything we needed (besides food and drink of course) was there and the host was very responsive and answered all my questions promptly. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. The area was close to our office for our business trip and was very comfortable. Plenty of space to hang out and the morning views of the river were amazing! Very highly recommended!
