Stayed May 22, 2026Excellent property, ideal location for us. The host was excellent in accommodating our needs and requests. It’s a very nice home, located in a gated area on an inlet and we enjoyed the scenery and pool/hot tub. Had every amenity you could want. Highly recommend.

Stayed Apr 8, 2026Beautiful home on a beautiful gated street with beautiful views and private pool area! The host is beyond awesome, super accommodating and we had a wonderful family vacation! House is close to several fun things to do but there’s plenty to do at the house as well so you can enjoy many days there. We will definitely be back!!

Stayed Apr 3, 2024Amazing property and even better host. Mike went out of his way to help make our stay incredible! Mike called us a few days before the trip to give us boating suggestions, great food locations, beaches, must-see towns, etc. He also went above and beyond to help me with a boat storage issue prior to our stay which resulted in us being able to bring and use our boat during the trip! The house was in an amazing location, and was without doubt the best rental we’ve ever stayed in. Incredible sunsets from the roof balcony, 10 minute boat ride to gulf, beautiful pool, gated community, the list goes on and on. My family loved the house and we can’t wait to go back!

Stayed Apr 2, 2023Mike was an exceptional host. He checked in several times to make sure everything with the house was satisfactory and was always available for questions. The house was well equipped with kitchen necessities. The pool was nice. My favorite was the dock area and fire pit. My son spent most of the trip fishing of the docks catching fish. Definitely a great location for a family vacation.

Stayed Oct 8, 2022We stayed here for 6 nights and had a wonderful time. The house was spacious, and the roof top deck was amazing! It was a great to eat dinner up there. Our kids played in the pool all day long, we rented a boat that we docked there, etc. Plenty to do to keep you entertained. The host was great, he checked in before we got there and was easy to chat with during our stay. We highly recommend the house!

Stayed Apr 4, 2022Literally the best experience ever! Not only was the home chock full of fun stuff to do (Pool? Check! Kayaks? Check! Hot tub? Check! Board games? Check! Plenty of cookware? Check! DOLPHIN sightings? Check! Check!), but the owners were incredibly helpful, responsive, and truly made us feel like family! We couldn’t have had a better stay. Thank you, Bergers! We’ll (hopefully) be back!
