Stayed Oct 17, 2025Our stay was awesome! We had a wonderful stay here. It was clean and very cozy. Everything we needed was provided. There's plenty of games to play and the pool was the highlight of the trip. After a day at the festivities in Rockport we cooled off in the pool, it was the greatest place we’ve ever stayed at.

Stayed May 16, 2025We had a group of 7 life-long friends who all came together for a relaxing weekend at the coast and this place was perfect! The house was updated, comfortable and very accommodating and the pool was fantastic. We were just a golf cart ride away from anything we wanted to do, but we were happy enough to stick around the house for the most part.

Stayed Apr 18, 2025Overall nice property, cute decor, small kitchen, comfortable beds. Back door doorbell was a little annoying when we were in/out throughout the day. Felt like we were walking into CVS or Walgreens and being greeted by a ringing doorbell! :-) Too bad we couldn't use the jet ski or kayak. Plenty of beds for our group of 6. Shared bathroom had drainage issues on our last day. Downstairs bedroom was perfect for the teens.

Stayed Jul 13, 2024It was vary relaxing! We had fun swimming in the pool at night and going to the beach that is nearby. One day we rented a golf cart and went exploring. The downtown district had lots of little shops. One is called 4 the birds and we highly recommend the jalapeño jelly’s they are locally made. When we did have a question Amanda was fast to respond. It was a nice getaway.

Stayed Jul 4, 2024Dolphin Bay was the perfect house for our July 4th family trip. The house is spacious as listed and beautifully decorated in coastal decor which adds to the relaxation. The amenities were perfect and the pool spectacular. Amanda and Jim were perfect hosts and answered all questions. Great communicators! We’d love to stay again !
