Stayed Dec 11, 2025I come to homosassa once a year, but normally I stay somewhere a little bit further out and just come for the day. This year I decided to actually stay in homosassa, and the house was perfect! The location was so close to homosassa springs State Park, which I love, and it wasn't far from restaurants, grocery stores, and things to do. Everything was clean and perfect. And I loved the hot tub!

Stayed Oct 26, 2025We had a wonderful time and the house was spotless. The communication was super quick and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we wanted and needed. If you like paddling in a kayak or on a paddleboard, the location is perfect and there’s a lot of coves to explore.We’ve decided that we will definitely stay here again

Stayed Apr 6, 2025My family enjoyed our stay. It was nice , clean and had most of what we needed. My son enjoyed that there were a few poles to fish from the dock. Had the pleasure of seeing an otter one morning. 100% would book again.

Stayed Mar 10, 2025This house looks like it was the “after” of an HGTV house flip show. It was very clean, looked brand new and every detail was thought out for what a renter would need. We were a family of four and had plenty of space and enjoyed the outdoor space, dock and kayaks. The hot tub was great and super easy to use. They even have snacks, waters and cups. Thanks for the wonderful stay!

Stayed Apr 12, 2024Nicely sorted vacation rental. Very clean and welcoming. There's a few things I would change, like the kitchen door stop we stubbed our toes on every morning, but overall we enjoyed the house.
