Waterfront home across the street from the beach with WiFi, AC, W/D, and deck

This house is in the perfect location! Directly across the street from the beach and beside the public access. Loved the large kitchen table and the side and openness of the family room. Downside to those house is definitely the side of the bathrooms, the old stove and oven, and the fan in the upstairs bedroom is very wobbly and missing a blade. The house could also use more seating on the porches especially the front.

A very nice home with lots to do nearby. The beach right across the street. Waterway in the back to sit in sun or fish or just enjoy the view. We had a great time.

Had a great stay at the house. Had plenty of beds for our family and was clean besides the late check in while the cleaning crew was still there. Many beds for the little ones and in a great location. The family and I plan to come back next year for our yearly family trip.

Enjoyed the house and how roomy it was. So close to the beach and pier.

As noted in previous reviews, cookware is pretty much nonexistent. If you plan on cooking during your stay bring your on cookware.Reported lights/ ceiling fan not working in fourth bedroom but no one came to check/repair during the week. Light and ceiling fan not working in family area. Recliners on sectional do not work due to electrical issues with receptacle. Sleeps 10 but has very limited parking, especially if you bring a boat trailer. Plenty of seating at table for large family.

Was nice to come back to the same house as in years past, but it is in need of some updating.... especially cookware

This was the perfect house for what we were looking for. It is an older home, but don’t let that turn you away. It’s very spacious and easy to keep clean. And the location is great! Across from the pier with a dock on a canal. You can’t get much better than that. And the general store is a few lots down. Again, this location is what sold us.

The whole family absolutely loved this property. The location could not be better. Right across from the general store and ice cream shop in Holden Beach. Right across from the pier (when it reopens)… On top of that, we were able to access the intercoastal waterway being right on the main canal. We had a nice boat ride one night, kayaks, and fishing throughout the stay. 100% recommend this house to anyone who wants all Holden beach has to offer with the least amount of effort. Once you get there, all you have to do is sit back relax and let everyone enjoy their activities.

Awesome property with a very close walk to the beach access. Very quiet and peaceful area of Holden Beach.

The location was amazing, close to the beach, you could see the ocean and the channel behind the house. The walls were clean and so were the doors and the kitchen utensils ( fully equipped kitchen). The house was not cleaned properly though, the couch has not been moved and vacuumed( crumbs, Cheetos, wrappers under the couch) and this obviously got our toddler's attention. Overall,it was a nice experience and we will go back soon.
