Waterfront Historical District Home Near River

This pristine home seemed either newly remodeled or very well taken care of. This place receives 5 out of 5 stars in all categories. (Cleanliness, functionality, guest services, neighborhood, etc.) Dawn, our property manager provided excellent communication from the moment we booked the place a couple of months ago to the time we checked out. Two cousins and I met halfway for a girls weekend away and had the best time in Charlestown. Dawn was an incredibly welcoming host, and the house was perfect in every way. The pictures don't do justice to how beautiful it is and how spacious. It was also spotlessly clean and equipped with so many nice touches, such as toiletries, coffee, drinks, snacks, and condiments. It's in a great location - walking distance to several restaurants, the waterfront, and a short drive to the cute town of North East with its shops and restaurants.We hope to be back soon!

Perfect location, 20 minutes from lacrosse tournament, walking distance to great restaurants, walking distance to awesome small parks/beach areas, and a playground!

The place was exactly as pictured - clean, bright, open, and in the perfect location for what we needed for the weekend. The owners thought of, and literally provided for, every little detail of our stay: Gatorade and bottled water in the fridge; snacks, sunscreen, and bug spray; coffee, sugar, condiments for our meals; to even the fragrance-free detergent in the laundry room! The lovely place had any and every tiny, and not so tiny, amenity that you could think of, which was such a lovely way to start the weekend! The house was in a quiet neighborhood very close to the water, and also very close to the Wellwood Restaurant, which turned out to be one of the best meals we had all weekend! Dawn, the owner, was very communicative and reached out to ensure we would be able to get into the place easily. She was also very understanding, and flexible, about our checking in/out schedule when our plans changed. The house, and the owner, made the stay quite lovely, and we look forward to staying there again very soon!

House has recently been recently renovated and is beautiful and very comfortable!! Owners have gone above and beyond to make you comfortable. Definitely a rebook for me!! Convenient location as well, convenience store and restaurant walking distance. Live music at the restaurant certain nights. I’m amazed how they got those comfortable beds upstairs!!

This home was the ideal solution to needing a place to sleep and relax and spend some down time between a lacrosse tournament in Wilmington, as well as feed our hungry athletes and do their laundry on play days. Parents were able to catch up on work comfortably with speedy WiFi, and we thoroughly enjoyed the local beach and restaurants. Would absolutely stay again!

House was gorgeous, clean and stocked with more necessities than I've ever seen in any others I've stayed. Gorgeous location and friendly neighborhood. Will definitely use again in the future!!! ?
