We had a wonderful stay at the property. Property is newly renovated and has everything you need. Very clean and conveniently located near food and stores. Our stay included traveling to Chesapeake Inn Restaurant and Marina to experience their cruises, dine at the restaurant, and enjoy their annual car show- this property was maybe 15-20 mins away from Chesapeake City. Ashley provided great instructions for check-in and check-out, and we had no issues at the property at all. We even used the Blackstone to make breakfast Saturday morning, 10/10!

Check-in was easy. The house was ultra clean with new appliances. I could tell the house had been recently renovated, and I appreciated how tastefully it had been decorated.We weren’t in town long enough to do much cooking, so I’m not sure about needed pots and pans.

We had a lovely stay. The home was spotless, everything was in great working order and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, pots, and pans. It was a good landing spot to do things in the area. Our only recommendation would be to bring a sound machine if you have any light sleepers. The home is located on a very busy road and it can get noisy. This is out of the home owner's control, so it did not affect our overall review of the home itself. Ashley was super easy to connect with on questions and had great recommendations for food and fun in the area.

We came to North East for our daughter’s lacrosse tournament and this home was perfect for our stay. The home is beautiful and spacious for our family of four- clean, cozy, and very pretty kitchen and decor! It was close to downtown North East where there are some great local restaurants and shops.

We booked this place as we wanted to try something different for once. We have stayed in hotels for the last 18yrs when we travel and wanted to try something different for once. The pictures and reviews were great so we decided to give it a try. When i tell u that the pictures don't lie, this place was exactly as described. We enjoyed being here. The home is a small gem. Its kept clean n very well organized n we felt like we were home away from home. The host was amazing n easy to communicate with. Definitely booking again as we travel alot.

We absolutely love this VRBO, rental. The owners are amazing and keep great communication with us! Honestly the listing pics do not due its justice, when I say this is a cute cozy home, its just an adorable well thought out space! We truly enjoyed staying at this location and would highly recommend others stay here as well. The home was clean and exactly like the listing described. There was a train that passes by and we could hear the whistle blowing at night, which reminded us of home and made us feel that much more comfortable. The host, Ashley, was very responsive to messages and so kind.

Loved the design and use of space for this property. Would recommend to anyone. Only drawbacks - traffic very loud and not enough towels.

Loved the convenience to the town of South East and Blue Elk Vineyard. The property was very clean. Having an EV charger was so helpful.

Gorgeous renovated property with many amenities for a great stay. Owners really created a beautiful home very comfortable for our family in town for parents weekend at U Del. Only negatives are location close to road and not near many attractions and slight sulfur smell to water that improved during stay. Bedrooms could benefit from nightstands. None of these would prevent us from staying again. Renovations make this one of nicest VRBO rentals we have stayed in.

Home was very nice. We chose this location to be close to family. We had family over where we stayed, for dinner and games. That is when we find out we were low on many things. It seems like the home was prepared for only two people to stay there because we said there would only be two of us. Pricing was high. We enjoyed our stay, thank you.

My family and I stayed at this home for a long business trip weekend! It was very clean, modern, and extremely relaxing. They had little games for entertainment, and all the necessities for cooking meals. We really had a great time, slept amazing, and enjoyed the town, which was walking distance! The owner’s were attentive and communicative the whole stay. We would highly recommend this home for any stays in the area, and we will definitely book again!

My family enjoyed a wonderful getaway in North East, MD. The location is great - close to Elk Neck State Park (we hiked and went to the beach), water sports on the bay (we rented kayaks), and historic shops and restaurants on Main Street in North East. The home is beautiful - everything inside (floors, fixtures, kitchen) is new and stylish, the beds were comfortable. My family of 5 fit easily. The only drawback is that the tap water (from a well, presumably) has a sulfurous smell. There is filtered water from the fridge, though, and bagged ice in the freezer. We had a great visit and would definitely consider coming again!
