Stayed Aug 28, 2025Lovely home, easy walk to beach, soundfront gazebo (fishing and crabbing). The community pool was very nice and clean. The house is well stocked, and very clean. Highly recommend.

Stayed Jun 14, 2025The house was perfect for my wife and 4 kids. Bermuda landing was awesome great pier for fishing. The kids loved the pool. A very safe clean well kept neighborhood.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Came to NTB for the 4th year and this location was great! We had friends join in the same community and lots of kids, so having a covered fishing dock, pool and so close to beach was awesome!! We had a few issues w door lock and WiFi password but Vacasa was quick to help and correct! For 3 ppl the size was perfect! There is no door for bedroom upstairs but it hat didn’t bother us. The unit had games, plenty of cooking utensils, pots, pans etc. They had a few spices and cooking spray etc. There is no access to use garage other than door behind house, but that was fine w us as most our friends had units that could use garage and were full of beach toys, games etc. we would definitely recommend and hope to rent again next year if it’s available!

Stayed Jul 20, 2024We really enjoyed our stay. The place was nice and perfect for our family. Would have loved if there had been a cover over the poarch that had such a beautiful view.
